No confirmation, no follow up, never got delivered so shame on you!

I think the headline says it all... The flowers never got delivered. First there was a typo in the address and I got an email asking to confirm It. So I did with the correct address. My mistake but once fixed I thought it would only take another day. Then...nothing. It's been 4 days now and it ruined an anniversary surprise. So disappointed!! Shame on your "service"!

    Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that the flowers that you had ordered had not been delivered.

    We can see from our systems that our Customer Service team have been in correspondence with you regarding your concerns and it would appear that the issue stems from the recipient not residing in the address requested for delivery.

    We subsequently received a contact telephone number for the recipient and several attempts were made by the florist to contact her. A message was left on their phone to ask for the correct address so that delivery could be achieved but to date the florist have still not had a response.

    If the correct address can be provided or contact is made from the recipient, the florist have advised us that they are prepared to send a fresh bouquet.
