Not got what I ordered

Placed an order then received a call to say what I ordered wasn't available, ordered online so I can pick what I want I could have just phoned a local florist which would have been cheaper and not charged for delivery on top!!!?, ordered from here before without a problem but in future I'll be calling the florist direct!!!!???!!

    Thank you for your review. We are sorry that our florists had to make substitutions in order to get your order out on the requested date of delivery.

    Please be advised that in these extremely rare circumstances where this does not fit in with our substitution policy, our Customer Service team let our customers know as soon as possible and give them the choice of whether to proceed with the order or otherwise, as was the case in this instance.

    We do this in order to be as honest and transparent as possible.
