I found the website easy to navigate and use and my order was processed efficiently. I ordered a plant and vase for my mum along with a card to be delivered on a Monday. After speaking to my mum later in the day she said that she found the product waiting for her on their doorstep in an unsafe condition. I thought that I read on the website if no-one was home that a card would be left with contact details to re-arrange a more convenient time and therefore did not put in any specific delivery details. Luckily my mum received her present on this occassion but it has put me off using eflorist again.
