NOT WHAT I ORDERED

Fortunately, the service was good. They delivered on time and were nice on the phone. Unfortunately, they did not deliver what I had ordered. The internet picture showed a beautiful contemporary design with calla lilies and gorgeous foliage. The person I sent the flowers sent me a thank you with a picture of what they received and it was terrible, no calla lilies, no green foliage and contemporary design, it was a bucket filled with a different bunch of flowers and I even paid for an upgrade. I sent them a complaint note via email as suggested on their website and they did not get back to me. I wont be ordering from them again.

    While we allow our florists to make a degree of substitutions, we do expect the bouquet received to resemble the bouquet ordered as closely as possible, in terms of colour, style quality and value. This is purely to ensure the flowers are delivered on the requested date.
