Flowers wilted and sparse

I ordered these flowers for my mum after my grandad passed away. When they came the purple roses were all dead around the edges. The picture makes it look like a full bouquet and what came were a few wilted rose stems and a tiny bit of greenery. Very disappointed as these were sympathy flowers
