I planned to give surprise to my husband who was in UK on his birthday. So I ordered flowers from eFlorist with specific instructions to deliver him in the morning.
However the flowers were not delivered to him on time. What even worst is they were left at local post office where he had to go and collect the package himself. Because it was dumped at local post office, they / florist did not even attempt a redelivery.
Completely ruined the surprise part of the flowers!!
Do not recommend this website to to anyone ever.
