Annoyed is an understatement

Not only was i not able to place an order sucesfully via paypal at the weekend (apparently teething issues, which fine i can accept), but the flowers that were delivered weren't even close to the image on the website.

Really don't bother, these were for my partners birthday and i'm so disappointed in the flowers

    Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to learn of both the trouble experienced in sending flowers.

    While we allow our florists to make a degree of substitutions within the style, value and colour scheme, we do expect the bouquet received to resemble the bouquet ordered as closely as possible.
