I ordered flowers for my mum on 30/09/13, to be delivered to her on 07/10/13 (my 40th birthday) as I am on holiday and wanted to surprise her. I rang her twice on the day, the second time being after 7pm. She told me that nothing had been delivered for her, I didn't mention what to expect as I didn't want to ruin it for her. However, eflorist managed to do that for me. Not all only did they not deliver on 07/10/13, they sent me no email advising me of the delay, neither have they responded to my 2 emails sent to them, regarding the failure to deliver
The flowers have finally arrived today, 09/20/13, and are just ok...not a wow factor! !
I am really disappointed and not only has it ruined my birthday but has also ruined my holiday...as I have been trying to find out the cause if the delay.
Avoid at all cost anf use a more trusted company.
I am waiting for them to respond to my emails requesting a full refund and my account closed.
