Lovely flowers, good comms, painfully slow delivery
Original order couldn't be fulfilled, very accommodating about providing alternative. Sadly, the local florist selected couldn't deliver until 4.30 the following day...too late for the event Will not use again as local florist selection unlikely to change...good customer service & communication from eFlorist themselves though Shame...

We apologise sincerely for the initial disappointment you had encountered in sending flowers and we are pleased that our Customer Service team were able to quickly and effectively help with any concerns you had raised.
With regards to the flowers being delivered so late, while our florists endeavour to meet the delivery times we had requested we can't always guarantee this. We trust however that the flowers were well received.
