i thought you were dependable. Not any more

I ordered via internet only to be contacted the day of my anniversary that you couldn;t deliver ANY flowers for the next 2 days . Unacceptable . Money back and then some

    We can see that our Customer Service team had made every effort to ensure the delivery was received however it wasn't possible at the time.

    From what we can see, your order is still on hold on our system awaiting your further instruction on how to proceed.
