Absolutely awful

I sent my girlfriend her favourite flowers. She got totally different flowers, different vase, smaller bunch, i had no confirmation email, no way to track the order. No successful delivery email either. Its a terrible service and i will be requesting a refund!

    Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to learn of the disappointment you have experienced in using our service.

    The bouquet ordered is one of our florist choice delivered bouquets, as mentioned on our website the bouquet will be made up of the freshest stems in white, ivory and cream, while the picture is for illustration purposes.

    However, if you would be able to provide our Customer Service team with a photograph we would be happy to feedback to our florist. Looking at your order, we can also see that no vase had in fact been ordered.

    In regards to the delivery tracking, where our flowers are delivered by professional local florists, rather than courier or post, in some instances live tracking facilities are not possible but of course our Customer Service team are on hand to help with any queries you may have.
