I recently ordered three separate bouquets, two for Christmas Eve and one for next day delivery. Unfortunately, I did not realise that the recipient for the next day delivery flowers had moved house. But eFlorist phoned me straight away to let me know and find out what to do next. I was able to find out the new address and luckily it was just around the corner, so the flowers were delivered at the next available delivery.
