Why bother to make a selection at all.
I spent an age searching for the pinkest flowers for my sister, and a very red Christmas bunch arrived with tacky teddy.

While we allow our florists to make a degree of minor substitutions, we do expect the flowers received to resemble the flowers ordered as closely as possible in terms of the colour scheme and style.
