NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

things often get inflated for Xmas but I did not expect the price to be this bad.

|The arrangement consisted of 7 flowers, 5 carnations and 2 roses and a ton of foliage for £35

I will not be sing e-florist again if they are going to use florists who inflate prices at xmas for poor value

    Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to learn of the disappointment you have experienced in sending flowers.

    While the cost of flowers does increase over the busy periods of the year, for example Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we do expect the arrangement received to represent great value and to be well received.

    We've not been able to locate any contact with our Customer Service team to date, but they would be happy to help. Simply visit the Help Centre on our website and attach a photograph of the flowers received.
