Ordered flowers at 23:30 after being let down by Seranata and a beautiful bouquet arrived at my aged aunts the next morning! Fantastic service good range of prices and high quality product-would definitely recommend!!
I haven't actually seen the flowers myself so I hope they were as nice as they looked in the photo of the eflorist website. My son sent me an email to say he loved them, they were for his wedding anniversary. I would give 5 stars if I could have seen what the flowers actually looked like myself. My son is not going to say they were horrible is he. The service was very good, especially as I booked them at the last moment.
I ordered flowers that were called "WOW" because of the vibrant colour combination.
Pink Gerberas, zesty green chrysanthemums, orange roses, deep purple lisianthis.
My friend in London sent me a pic. Only 3 varieties were used, not for.
Pink lillys that did not have the same shade of pink as the gerberas.
lots of green leaves. yellow daisies. Some sad looking purple leafy thing that was not lisianthis!!
I sent two complaints via their website, and also via e-mail. No Response.
Can't believe how little integrity these guys have.
I went online to place my order as you do. After completion I went back to work having paid and under the illusion my wife would get her flowers before I get home. I had couple of missed calls on my phone when I finished work which was bout 2 minutes after purchase however I did not check my phone till a couple of hours. I called the number back unaware who I was calling as I had no voice mail only to be told they had no drivers so my order had not been completed. It was essential for order to go on that day so I had to go else where and use money from my credit card as above had already taken payment and would refund later. Worked ok coz found someone else local. Needles to say I don't think I will be coming back to eflorist
I ordered flowers for same day delivery in Cardiff, for a birthday surprise, at 2.10pm (the website promised same day delivery for orders prior to 3pm). I was called at 4.10pm to be advised that the company could not make the same day delivery (by then it was too late to order with any other company).
I found the whole service easy to use and the delivery service great but the volume of flowers when seeing them in the flesh were disappointing
promoted same day delivery, and around 15:00 (the delivery was supposed to be at 16:00) sent a mail saying that they don't have the right flowers, and that they can reschedule for the next day. unfortunately, you cannot reschedule birthdays...
didn't even offered a compensation...
I couldn't have been more impressed with the same day service. The delivery was literally swift and the flowers were beautiful. I will definitely use this service in the future and recommend to everyone.
The website was easy to use, very user friendly, and showed the options clearly. Placing an order was simple and the flowers were delivered via our local florist on the due day. They were exactly as described and my wife was absolutely delighted with them.
Needed flowers sent at the last minute for next day delivery and found eflorist on Google. Ordered easily on line late in the evening and they were delivered as promised the next day. Apparently the flowers are lovely and fresh so I'm very pleased with the overall service.

Ordered a bunch of flowers for my partner to be delivered at work using same day delivery. Even though I chose the smallest bunch they were still a decent size and arrived with 2 hours of my order. Perfect, will use again.
I ordered an arrangement of flowers in a pot plus chocolates on Mon. Dec 2nd.
The ordering process on line was not all straight forward, I had problems processing my card,tried 3 in the end before thankfully finding a help-line no. with an operative to speak to. I may well have cancelled the order but your flowers looked v attractive & I liked the idea of being able to send chocolates as well.
The 2 operatives I dealt with , Elliot Marsh & Sally were most helpful & patient . I admit I probably complicated the matter by repeating the wrong house no. at one point but we got that sorted out & I was assured by email that only one order had been processed and would be delivered the next day 3rd Dec instead of Monday 2nd as the cut off time had been reached ( through no fault of mine)- and an upgrade would be added to compensate.
However today on checking my statement I find I have been charged twice after all.
After another phone call -to Sally, a refund is promised in the next few days.
Would I use the company again?? Not sure ,it was all a bit of a hassle & took me so long to sort out - I am not a fan of internet buying unless it is straight forward and I do prefer to speak to a human when ordering - it gives you the chance to ask extra questions, BUT I liked the choice of flowers -so much better than any other site I looked at. Just hope they lived up to the picture , difficult to know when sending them to someone else!!
I was struggling to find flower shops online that delivered same day - there didn't seem to be any. I was nervous about putting in my details and hoping for the best, especially seeing as I wasn't sure when the flowers would turn up, but I left two addresses just in case. The flowers arrived for my mum that evening, she was delighted, and I was extremely pleased with the efficiency of the service. Recommended

flowers were nice, bouquet is not tiny. I booked a medium size (which cost around 50 pounds with shipping) which is expensive for flowers.... (i bought roses and lily classic)
I had to change the delivery address and the staff was very friendly, helped me out very quickly, very easy and nice to deal with.
