Somewhat disappointed

Placing the order was easy enough however at the time time I did place the order, I was told it would be delivered the next day. It was, but very late in the evening.

Please be advised that our London florists can deliver later in the day due to the substantial amount of orders that they receive in such a highly populated area.

Although we cannot guarantee specific times for orders, we would suggest that in future, if the timing is a priority, that a note be put in the "Special Instructions" box to this affect. This will enable our florist to prioritise accordingly and we are sure that they would do their utmost to fulfill your wishes.

Don't bother with eflorist!!

I ordered flowers for my parents, my dad had finished chemotherapy and radiotherapy the previous day and I thought after 3 long months of treatment a lovely bright bouquet was just what was needed. They arrived very promptly, exactly when ordered for, that was where the positive experience ended. When I visited 2 days later I wandered around their home looking to see where the other half of the flowers were! I didn't find them so asked my mum where they were, she said that thye were all in the one vase!! I was absolutely astounded that such a beautiful looking bunch of flowers on eFlorist website could actually be less than two thirds of the size shown, I would have got more flowers for less than half the price at my local supermarket!!
I emailed eFlorist who after 2 follow up emails responded with apologies and said they would send the 'proper' flowers, they never arrived and so after 2 further emails I had a refund.
I was telling my son of my experience and he said that he had had more or less the same shoddy flowers earlier in the year when he sent them to his girlfriend.
Rest assured I will NEVER be using eFlorist again, not only are their pictures not correct but their customer service is absolute rubbish too.

Beautiful, unusual flowers!

I don't even know if my flowers are delivered

The delivery person went to the wrong address, so he couldn't leave the flowers. I couldn't contact the office in order to explain this situations,because no one answer the calls. I sent some emails, but never received a reply. I still don't know what happened to my flowers...

Disappointed

I was a little disappointed when I saw the flowers especially as they were to celebrate the birth of a new granddaughter. I chose the Bundle of Joy arrangement but they did not look as nice or have as many flowers as the picture shown on your site.

Whilst we allow our florists to make minor substitutions to our orders based upon seasonal availability and the stock of the florist on the day of delivery, we insist that any changes remain within the style, colour scheme and value of the items chosen by our customers. Essentially, the bouquet delivered should greatly resemble the item you had seen on our website.

From your description, this would not appear to be the case and so we hoped you may be able to provide a photo of the flowers received. This allows us to see precisely what has been delivered as well as provide far more detailed feedback to the florist involved.

New Concept in Hide and Seek

My daughters birthday in England..............
Flowers were delivered on the correct day (we assume..)
Trouble is no one was home. Flowers were put in back garden and only discovered the next morning.
Daughter thought Dad had forgotten.
No note left in mail box or at front door to say that a game of hide and seek was necessary to find the flowers...................they were a surprise from me and apparently another surprise from the delivery person...!!
Disappointment reigned where joy should have flourished!!

Hope it helps head off a repeat for someone else!?

Great ecommerce experience - would be good to have delivery confirmation

Great selection, well organized and really easy to use website and shopping cart - bravo on US credit card support for UK delivery (something only Amazon figured out recently).

Would be good to get email confirmation of delivery - otherwise it's a bit embarrassing calling to say "how do you like the flowers?" When they have not actually been delivered yet.

Saved my bacon!

After having been badly let down by an online florist service who couldn't deliver flowers to my friend on her birthday, (despite well over 24 hours notice!) I was desperate. Having only found out mid afternoon that they weren't going to be delivered I wasn't sure I'd find anybody who could do it quickly enough but e-florist did. I selected, clicked, paid in minutes and within a couple of hours I had a 'thank you for the stunning flowers' text from my friend. All for only a couple of quid more on the delivery charge than the original useless service wanted. Brilliant. Thanks a bunch!! (Is that too corny? Thought so).

Ordered the day before my mothers Birthday and delivered on time. My mother was out at the time the florist delivered but a card was left indicating where they were. Mother was 'chuffed' with the flowers and cherished the thought from her family who are living in a different part of the country.

Expensive and extremely disappointing.

eflorist offered same day delivery, so I duly ordered flowers, vase and chocolates for a very special friend on Monday. On Monday evening I received an email telling me the flowers had not been delivered, and would I confirm the address. I did. The flowers, however, had been taken to the wrong address by a supposedly 'local' florist, who apparently could not tell where one street ended and another began. I rang the number I was given only to be told the office was now closed .I sent an email to the address they gave. On Tuesday, I tried ringing again, and sent another email. Was kept on hold for fully ten minutes, all in vain, and received no reply to my emails. I finally got through on the telephone at about 11 a.m. on Tuesday and asked them to get the matter sorted out, which they said they would do. And I warned that my friend would be out that afternoon. Finally the florist delivered to my friend while she was out, but a neighbour kindly took them in for her. Not an experience I would ever want to repeat. Nor indeed shall I.

From Russia with love

eFlorist was of great help, when my girlfriend went to London for some work experience. The only communication remaining was skype, not so very romantic.

My mother was delighted

The flowers were delivered within a couple of hours of placing the order. They were for my mothers diamond wedding anniversary, so I was delighted with the fact that she liked the flowers. The delivery was made by a very helpful woman who impressed my parents, they had just got back from shopping and she helped with their bags.

Quite a small bouquet for price

Hidden behind bushes so not noticed til day after delivery :( but disappointed as were for a 60th birthday...
