This was the second time I had bought a frame from eframe and I was very pleased with the service and the product on both occasions. Unfortunately the second frame was slightly damaged in transit, but the no quibble and speedy response from Eloise at eframe was fantastic and I received a replacement within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend them.
I had ordered a custom made frame for a piece of art I had bought for Valentine's Day. I have never bought a frame online before and searched for a reliable site. I can highly recommend eframe as they made the extra effort to make sure my product arrived in time for the special day. The sizing was perfect and I was especially pleased with the service
The ordering was straightforward with a useful process to 'build' your frame as you go, and see the result with the actual print inside if you have a file showing it. Understanding how to set the mount sizes properly is not perhaps so straightforward, but once mastered is fine. Packaged very securely, and took around 1 week to arrive after ordering which was acceptable. Would definitely use again, in fact I am a returning customer from around 4 years ago.
I have used E-frame a great deal inthe past and always found the service good and the frames well-made. This time I asked for the frame to be delivered by a certain date, which it was, and I was very pleased with the smart and sturdy oak surround I had chosen. Highly recommended.
I have used Eframe before for panoramic photos of different sizes and have been very pleased with the results. Just measure the length and width of your photo, choose the frame and mount. You can even upload your photo to see how the finished frame will look.
Eframes made us some mounts to go in existing frames. The mounts arrived in double quick time and were perfect. The only thing I would say is that postage was very expensive for what we ordered but if you did a larger order it would be fine.
We are a visualisation studio in London, and having moved office wanted prints (gallery quality as stated) for our opening.
We opted for black aluminium, but upon receiving the 10 frames, each one had not been filed down at the corners, and the mitre wasn't perfect. I'm not talking a huge amount, but on a black frame, you can see the silver of the cut where the corners meet (or don't)
The glass was also infact cheap perspex.
Overall, the frames are not bad, but knowing what materials cost (and also knowing how long these have taken to put them together), they now don't seem value for money?
A cheap frame from ikea even has a flawless mitre joint....
I have a habit of scrolling through pinterest and getting wild interior design ideas to try at home. I had stumbled across quite a few kids bedroom pictures and they look magnificent. I have always been a bit worried about putting frames in my little girls room in case they fall off and hit her or the glass smashes etc. I emailed eframe asking if they had any suggestions and left my number. They gave me a call, that day, and firstly they told me about their acrylic glazing, how light it was and the fact that it was shatterproof, perfect for a kids room. There was still the issue of it falling off the wall, the woman on the phone (sorry I can’t remember your name, brain like a sieve!) told me about their security fixings, I don’t think I could explain what they are but it is kind of a popper system that secures your frame to the wall. Anyway, I thought, EUREKA! I can beautify my girls room. So I excited went to their website and ordered pink and purple frames, mlda758 and mlda755 I believe. They arrived the next week and, once I had figured out the security fixings, were up in my little girl’s newly painted, pretty as anything bedroom. She was so excited to see her favourite Disney princesses looking down at her and I was excited to have made her bedroom beautiful. eframe were wonderful through the whole process and I can sleep sound knowing that the frames are safe for my girl. Five stars!
I've bought several ready made and bespoke frames from eFrame and they never disappoint. The frames arrive quickly, expertly packaged and are perfect. When I realised last time that I'd made a mistake with measurements, it was sorted out easily with a phone call and they couldn't have been more helpful. Once you've found eFrame you'll not need to look anywhere else. I thoroughly recommend them.
I don’t usually bother with writing reviews but eFrame went above and beyond to help me with my order. I needed some frames to suit the decor in my living room but was struggling to find what I needed in the shops. I am not usually a fan of internet shopping as I like to be able to see and feel a product before I buy it. I called eFrame and a lovely girl called Eloise answered the phone, I told her my hesitation in buying before trying and she informed me that she could send out some samples, fantastic I thought! I scrolled through their online catalog of wooden frame mouldings and emailed the references for 2 over. A mere 2 days later the samples arrived, these however weren’t quite right. I called again and managed to get Eloise again, she asked me to describe my frame and recommended 3 different mouldings, I asked if it would be cheeky to have those samples too and she responded with not at all! These samples arrived 2 days later and one was exactly what I had been looking for! Elated I called them again and asked for Eloise, she must have been sick of the sound of me, and asked if she could help me place my order, which she had no hesitation in doing. Less than a week later my frames turned up and they were amazing, not a term I have ever used to describe frames before but on this occasion they were. They fit into my living room perfectly and were at home next to the others. I will be recommending eFrame to everyone! Thank you for all of your help!
I had never bought a frame online before, I had always bought my frames from a local framer but after he retired I was at a loss. My daughter recommended a company called eFRAME so I decided to investigate.
A friendly lady at eFRAME sent me a sample of the moulding I wanted and after this arrived she helped me place my order online, I am a little computer illiterate. I was surprised how little the frame cost compared to my old framer.
When the frame arrived I was delighted with the result! Thanks to the wonderful customer service at eFRAME my picture fit perfectly in a frame made of a beautiful moulding and all for a great price! I will definitely be recommending this company to others in the future.
I ordered a limited edition print for my boyfriend's birthday present and wanted to get it professionally mounted and framed. I found eFRAME through a friend and cannot praise them enough.
They were very helpful on the phone and guided me as I placed my order online. I decided to go for the art fitting service to make sure the present was perfect, and it definitely was. The finished product was fantastic! I couldn't believe the glazing was an acrylic glazing, it was pristine and so much lighter than glass.
Overall my experience with eFRAME was fantastic, from customer service to the finished product to my boyfriend's reaction when he received this fantastically framed print. I would definitely recommend them for anyone's framing needs.
Having used eframe twice I have been impressed with both orders. The frames are very well packed and when they arrived were exactly as I wanted. The ladies at the end of the phone are very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Will definitely keep using eframe in the future and have been telling all my friends and family. A great company to deal with.
Ordered 5 frames- 4 of which were from Nielsen collection (different sizes). I unpacked the smaller one, the 5th one and all fine. As I was going away, I threw the original box as would not unpack other frames straight away.
When I unpacked the Nielsen frames, all of them had quality issues. Was informed that they would be replaced. I requested other brand as I thought that I would have the same issue. My other requests would have been more expensive.
Dealt with one lady- several emails, then I asked to organise collection and delivery on same day once I bought a new box in order to avoid wasting 2 more days at home. 3 days later, as I had no news, called customer services and was told that the lady in question was on holiday and obviously no info had been passed on.
Once I dealt with another lady, I asked to pass on my phone details to the courier. Courier came first thing in the morning but was not told that it was a big box (biggest frames was 60x40cm) and would need to come back in an hour when he had space in van. By 15:30 I called customer services as courier had not tuned up, was told would get call back straight away.
After waiting for an hour, I called customer services again since it was obvious that I would not get a call. Driver came at 17:30 and said the the couldn't contact me as he didn't have my phone details.
As I didn't want to wait again for a new delivery, I asked for a refund. Sent an email 3 days ago, still waiting for a reply.
I understand that things go wrong but it is the service recovery that matters and am not happy with the lack of communication. Bottom line is I wasted 2 days and don't have the frames.
Staff need to improve communication and keep promises: if they say they will do something, then they should do it.
Take care when ordering mounts. I ordered 3981 'Off White' on 5 Feb 2014 but the texture and colour are not the same as the website pictures. The mount supplied is much lighter in colour (more white) and more textured than the website description. I have been told that this is due to a change of supplier and that the website can't easily be updated. I have previously ordered 3981 (before the supplier change) and got exactly what the website describes. I have also been given a workaround to get the original version of this mount in future. However, I don't know if this affects any other mounts and of course other customers won't know the workaround. My problem has now been resolved and a replacement mount supplied free of charge. However it did take 3 phone conversations, an escalation to management and 5 working days to get there, somewhat denting my previous high opinion of eFrame.
Ordered 3 frames which were reasonably priced and am very pleased with. They arrived together packaged very well as the courier managed to dent the side of the box. Very pleased with the quality, price and speed.
I'll be back to use eFrame again. Easy process to order the size/style and colour I needed to finally frame my picture. Packaging was exceptional to ensure no bending or other damage to the product. Thanks!
This is the third picture frame I have ordered from Eframe in the past twelve months. All the frames I have ordered have been bespoke and the sizes have been exactly as requested. I have been very pleased with the service from Eframe and have recommended them to a number of my friends.
