ONLY THE BEST FRAMES FROM THE BEST PROVIDERS
I have bought a number of frames from Eframes and they always provide an excellent service. Since l buy glass clip frames they are will wrapped and the delivery is very quick. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Look no further - eFrame are great
I have bought a lot of frames from eFrame over the last few years - at least a hundred. I have stress tested the capabilities of what they can do, and feel confident that I can speak with authority on what they can do. They are great. Their frames have stood the test of time. 99% of transactions painlessly done via the website and arrive fast. When I have had a weird request, they have been super helpful on the phone and bent over backwards to get things done. Thank you eFrame, you do exactly what it says on the tin.

Lovely product, competitive price

Very helpful and friendly service delivering good quality frames at a good price.
The staff at eFrame are very helpful. I was able to get the frames I
needed delivered quickly and at a competitive price. They were able to
drop the price when I mentioned I'd seen the price cheaper elsewhere. I
would recommend this site. It's nice to talk with someone when you
place an order and not have to go through an automated system that can
sometimes cause problems. I prefer to KNOW my order has gone through by
having it confirmed on the phone in person, which is what you get with
eFrame.

Great products - great service!
I ordered 2 custom made frames from eFRAME and have been delighted with their service. Email enquiries to them received prompt attention and my Items were received when stated. The frames themselves are very well made, excellent quality and great value for money.

Comprehensive, custom made, beautiful with constructive customer service.
Absolutely brilliant to use - will be using their services again. The automatic discounts when purchasing multiple products and waving of postage fee is very, very pleasing.
I had several questions over the course of a day which I emailed to their customer service mailbox - they were all followed up and answered within an hour of each one being sent.
I look forward to receiving the items and will recommend their service.

They provide an excellent service
I have used eFrame a few times now and the frames are well made and good value. They have lots of choice on the website and check up by email if your measurements seem strange or the frame is too narrow for the print ( expert eyes)

An absolutely brilliant service, not only that but at an amazing level of value for money too.
I first tried out e-frame a couple of years ago and have found them to be consistently helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Their website is a joy and, I must confess, slightly addictive. Their customer service is second to none, delivery times are spectacular and I would not hesitate in recommending them to everyone I know. In fact, I have already done so.

Affordable Quality
Website very easy to navigate and lots of help to ensure you get exactly what you want. Frame arrived well packaged and undamaged. Frame was very reasonably priced but looks very expensive. Delivery not particularly quick but was in no rush and frame was worth waiting for. Will definitely use this company again.

Absolutely perfect service.
Totally helpful. Helpful emails flew back and forth to make sure I was getting the exact frame I wanted, with the perfect visibility window, to the exact millimetre. I also asked them to draw an outline of the visibility window on the backing board, which they did. The frame arrived on time and it is a sturdy, perfectly-measured and professional piece of work. Will be using again.

ITS SO EASY!
Fantastic frames, made to measure, every thing fitted perfectly! Beautifully packaged, no allowance for breakages, took longer to open parcel, than fit the frames!!!! Will certainly reccomend and use again.

A great service, highly recommended for custom made frames
This is a really good website, very flexible with a great choice of frames. It's really easy to order exactly the type and size of frame you like - plus any extras if you need them. Really competitive prices too. It saved me trying to find a local framer, and I was able to choose exactly the style/size of frame I needed within minutes, without having to leave the house. I would definitely recommend, and will use them again.

Great customer service does still exist!!
Placed the order online which was very easy. Great pictures of the frames up close so you know what you are getting. I need one of the frames as a present so rang to ask when delivery would be as I ideally wanted it the next day. The next day the frames arrived! Thank you for pulling out the stops and getting this to me just in time, my Mother is thrilled with it! I am so pleased to see that Customer service does still exist!

Exceptionally good service and very high quality products.
I ordered frames and mounts for my husband's artwork from eFrame after seeing their name in a magazine. Their website is really easy to order exactly what you want on and they have a really good range of frames and mounts - something for everyone! My last order was processed so quickly, I ordered on the Saturday night and it arrived on the Wednesday (and it wasn't a small order either). Very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent, no fuss service with an easy-to-use website. Perfect.
I found this company by searching online for a 'cheap frames online'. On finding eFrame.co.uk I was struck by how clear their website was.
I knew I wanted a black frame with a mount and this was easy to locate. I could also upload my picture so I could "test drive" frames and mounts before spending my money!! The advice sections also helped me in ordering the correct size mount for my picture.
I'm over the moon with how my picture looks and I've already sized up my next two pictures. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for personalised framing services.

Reliable, efficient and great range of frames - big thumbs up!
I've used Frame-It or eFrame for pictures for home and for a project for work, and both times they did a great job. The website is really easy to use and offers loads of options so you can get exactly what you want. The pricing is excellent value for money even for bespoke sizes. The delivery has always been as promised and the product arrives in excellent condition! The communication is really good and you feel like there are real people keeping an eye on things and making sure all goes smoothly. A hassle-free process and good quality products.

Pleasantly surprised
I felt I was taking a bit of a chance because I was ordering a frame based upon images on their web site, but in the event my doubts were unfounded and the frame that arrived was exactly what I was expecting.
Only slight criticism is the turnaround time of slightly over a week. But in terms of quality, top notch.

Excellent as always!
I've used eFRAME a few times now and it is always a very good user experience. They have a large range of frame styles and the online selection tool is very easy to use and gives you a good idea of how the finished frame will look.
My last order was actually for a couple of frames for a friend and would recommend eFRAME to anyone wishing to find the perfect frame for their pictures.

Good Service, excellent packaging and great product!
I hadn't tried eFRAME.co.uk before but ordered a large glass frame and kept my fingers crossed. It arrived a few days later and the packaging was excellent, such that the frame and glass were all shiny and new but more so intact. I will definately use them again.

excellent service
first of all, we loved their website. it's very user-friendly& stress-free online shipping experience.
we ordered two custom made frames with mount (two separate orders), both times we're happy with what we received. accurate measurement, good wood work, prompt delivery. in fact we are about to order one more frame from them.
we have no complaints so far, but we get the feeling that this company will deal with any complains (if anyone ever has ) professionally. highly recommended.

I had a great experience in using eFRAME. I had previously been quite frustrated in trying to find quality frames at reasonable prices to the measurements of the pictures that I had. Fast delivery & great customer service
The eframes website was very user friendly, I found the frame I was after easily. Delivery was fast, unfortunately the delivery company broke the glass. I contacted eframes, all I had to do was provide some pictures of the damage and they sent a new piece of glass out straight away.
I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for picture frames.

Great Company, amazing customer service and products that live up to your expectations
I have used eFrame on two occasions now where I have had pictures that I would like to frame for presents that are not standard sizes and quite frankly any frames around not only didn't fit but didn't appeal to me and would not do my pictures justice. The website was extremely functional and allowed me to pick single mount, double mounts, all the dimensions/colour etc and visualize what it would look like but what was even nicer was being able to speak to someone on the phone to confirm that I was putting in the right measurements and dimensions for my picture. Lovely experience and can't wait for my second frame to arrive.

Ordering experience was first class...

I've been framed - excellently!
This is an excellent service. My problem was to frame a tile I had bought in Amsterdam. There was a comprehensive range of frames, a measuring service that was simplicity in itself and a very friendly support staff at the company. Result: a frame that was ideal in all respects, delivery time that couldn't be faulted and both at a very reasonable price.

Incredibly easy to use, great choice and cheap too.
If you're looking to frame your stuff, it really couldn't be easier to do. We have some beautful black and whte photos of 50's move stars (Bardot, Gabin etc), and they're unusual sizes so we needed custom frames. This is a doddle to do, you just need to know your pics dimensions and the site works it out for you, including mattes etc. There are loads of colours and styles and it's far far cheaper than custom frames we've has done in the past. I couldn't recommend this highly enough.

Intuitive website and friendly efficient service
I've ordered both mounts and frames and found all stages of the process to be straightforward from choosing a product on the website, to receiving well packaged products of the quality I expected. Some of the best online customer service I have ever had
The site was easy to navigate and after a great deal of searching had the best prices I could find. Even more impressive is that eFrames offered me a free upgrade when the frame material I chose would not work for the desired frame.
Aside from the 10% coupon I received my order also entered the production line very quickly so it will be made and shipped super fast.
Totally a 10/10 company and it will be the first site I go to when I need another frame.
