I ordered a Hotpoint washing machine on a Wednesday afternoon and needed it as quickly as possible. I was impressed that I could have it delivered by the Friday of that week. The price was extremely competitive and saved me a lot of money compared to other companies. I received an email acknowledgement of my order and a despatch advice. I also received a text message to confirm the 2 hour delivery slot which was very helpful. The machine arrived on Friday morning and was unpacked by the delivery men. They also took my old machine away (extra £9.99), which saved me a lot of bother. They were very amenable and careful. I don't usually write reviews but this company was so good I felt I had to. Ordered a tumble dryer easily on the phone & got the best price I could find on the net, was offered free next day delivery, received e-mails throughout keeping me informed & then received a text with 1hr delivery slot, thought it was to good to be true but tumble dryer arrived on time, was carried upstairs (I live in a flat) by 2 very polite delivery men without any fuss. Would recommend this company to everyone.

I found this site after getting fed up with Amazon. I placed my order at 8.00pm and received the usual confirmation email stating delivery date I requested. They kept me updated the following day on packing and shipping info. I then got an update text the morning of the delivery followed by an email confirming the time of the delivery and the name of the driver. I cant fault the customer service of this company. Ordered a Beko washing machine on the net through Electrical 123 based on their past reviews, price & delivery.
This company blows the likes of Comet out of the water. For starters their price was a full £50 cheaper. Secondly their online website ordring system is simple as. Thirdly, their delivery was FREE. Finally, not only did we get it delivered in 2 days, but they also sent an email confirming the delivery time to within 2 hours the day before so we did not have to wait in all day. Try getting a delivery within 2 days and to within 2 hours from Comet.
Overall I cannot fault any part of my buying experience from this company and would definitely recommend them.
I ordered goods over a week ago which were due for delivery today. I had no text or email confirming delivery slot and when calling Customer Services was put on hold for 30 minutes. The monies I thought I'd save by using this company was used up in telephone call charge! I shall not be using them ever again!
I ordered a Hotpoint washing machine in July and it was promptly delivered the next day by Electrical 123. I was kept informed when the delivery would be (free delivery too) and they were on time...which is always a bonus. Anyway, I used the machine about 10 times and there was a loud bang and an electrical burning smell. I called Electrical 123 and they organised an engineer directly with Hotpoint...that's where it went wrong. Hotpoint contacted me and cancelled the date (no engineers apparently) and then moved the inspection to the next day. On that day they called again and said they didn't have any engineers for another 2 days. I was really disappointed, and I told them so, as I have a large family and I had to use a launderette at a cost of £10 per wash! Hotpoint basically didn't care. I asked for a replacement machine as it was only about 6 weeks old (only used 10 times though, as I'd been on holiday). Because it was over 28 days they wouldn't replace without an inspection...rubbish!
I contacted Electrial 123 again and let them know and they tried to escalate the issue with Hotpoint...to no avail. They called me back really quickly and the result was that they offered to replace the machine for me and delivered it the next day. I presume they will now have to take the duff machine issue up with Hotpoint but offered me a fantastic service as it's resolved the issue for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any electrical goods in future.
I ordered my washing machine on a Tuesday evening, was given a choice of delivery dates prior to placing the order which was really helpful. I was then sent an email (as they said they would) the evening before giving me a 2 hour slot.
The delivery was prompt, the drivers took the machine into the house, removed all packaging so I could check for any problems. They then removed the packaging.
So within 36 hours of placing my order the washing machine was here. Being kept up to date and courteous delivery staff...no complaints from me!

1530414 ) Have spend additional £20 for customer service line , and problem was not resolved, get any goods and any payment refunds, You also don't have options to dispute your order-payment.

I bought a dyson through electical123.com and i was well surprised by their customer service standards, The dyson i was after was £70 cheaper than all other retailers so seemed too good to be true but went with it and i am glad i did!
Very impressed with the Next day FREE delivery, they called me to confirm everything and i have been sent emails to let me know where it is until i got it.

I was a little wary of ordering a product from an online company due to a bad past experience but I needn't have worried. Electrical 123 was easy to order from and gave excellent product information, the prices were a lot cheaper than other websites and the fact I was able to choose my delivery day was an added bonus. I received a text message the night before my delivery date with a 90 minute delivery slot and it arrived on time. All in all I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly be using it in the future.

I recently bought an Indesit ID75 tumble drier it was ordered payed for and delivered as stated no problems after 6 days the machine broke down I rang Electrical 123.com but after 6 minutes waiting on a 0845 number at 15p a minute (sky) I decided to try indesit directly another 5 days untill repaired not impressed with quality of machine ?? ,not electrical123.coms fault but should answer phone quicker and have a normal phone number as it is expensive waiting on these premium phone lines .
We have just bought a Beko Washing Machine model BEK-WSH-WMB71642W-W for a bargain price £242 with free delivery. We ordered it on a Thursday and picked a date for delivery the next day - and exactly as described in their delivery information we received and order confirmation email and an email advising the delivery slot for the next day. The washing machine was delivered on the day and within the time slot by two very polite and helpful delivery men who removed the packaging and brought the machine into our utility room ready for us to install. Ordered a freezer, (which best buy, cheapest price I could find) I chose the wrong delivery date so immediately phoned them to see if I could change, and I could no problem. Received a 90 minute time slot the evening before delivery date (currys would only give me a 8am - 7pm delivery time with free delivery) Then on delivery day (2 days from ordering) I had to contact them again so see if I could find out further details about my scheduled delivery slot, they were happy to help and telephoned the drivers. So pleased with their customer service. Delviery was quick, efficient, they unpackaged for me so I could check no damage and they took the packaging away with them. They were happy to carry it through my obstable house into the kitchen. Would definately use again
Don't be put off by bad reviews. I ordered a Bosch washing machine on Monday at by far the cheapest price on the internet. It was delivered Wednesday afternoon at the time arranged, efficiently installed and the old machine removed. What's not to like?
Bought Hoover from them,arrived next day only to find the handle had a large crack all the way up. Decided to phone the customer service line which is option 2, 25 minutes later at 10p a minute still has no answer so decided to hang up,phoned up again straight away but decided to press option 1 which is the order line and surprise surprise they answered within 3 seconds,absolute rip off if you have a problem with any item ordered from this company. On the plus side item was exchanged the very next day thanks to THE ORDER LINE. Just checked my phone bill and yes it has gone up by £2.49
My daughter ordered a Zanussi washing machine last week and paid in full by debit card. Unfortunately the machine had been priced incorrectly on the web site so Electrical 123 sent her an email to say that the machine could only be supplied at a price some £60 higher. My daughter could not afford it at the higher price so asked for her money back. This was promised, but after a week of checking her account, no money has been returned. Finally today they gave her a credit note instead, despite never supplying the goods! She is very distressed, without a washing machine, and unable to buy what she wants elsewhere. I am very hopeful that Electrical 123 will sort this out for her asap. I shall post the outcome!
ordered laptop & microwave which arrived on day specified, (microwave works fine) however something loose inside laptop which had to be returned should of been collected and new delivered on Saturday but never arrived due to City Link not knowing postcode, even though had City link had delivered an item from different company previously (new estate) Simon Collins rang to confirm if we had taken delivery of laptop- no he tried to get hold of City Link although they had already shut therefore he tried his best to re-direct item to work on Tuesday they tried again to deliver on Monday and they found postcode this time & also tried to collect item from work. i offered to collect item from City link depot and Simon very kindly refunded £15 for the inconvience. Will use again Thanks Simon GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
This is a very good online retailer. I ordered a home cinema system from them and the damm thing took me by surprise - it was delivered the very next day, less than 24 hours after placing the order!!! Oh, and it arrived in excellent condition via City Link (you can track it too on their website). The communication was good throughout and the online ordering process was straightforward too. They also offer cashback through www.topcashback.co.uk. which is a bonus for me.
The only negative with this company with is basically the Co-op electrical (but using the name Electrical123.com) is that they are not able to be contacted by telephone with a cheap geographic number. In other words, to speak to them you need to dial a 0845 number which cost me 10p per minute from a Virgin Media line. Even saynoto0870.com do not have a valid number for them.
However, that is nit-picking and, on the whole I highly recommend them without hesitation.
If you ever have any problems ask for a guy called Simon Collins who is a duty manager on Customer Services. He's a top bloke who can and will sort out any problems you may have. I had to return my item because I was not happy with it's quality and it was also a bit big for it's intended position on my TV stand. But this was nothing to do with Electrical123. The returns process was straightforward and hassle free just like the delivery was. Their people are polite and very helpful.
Just thought he deserved a mention in particular for sorting out my goods return. Thanks Simon and well done Electrical123.com.

Took a day off from work but the product (microwave) never arrived. Am regretting buying from this retailer just to save a few quid. They use the cheapest possible delivery service to cut costs - so there is no guarantee that the product will be delivered on a given day. Calls to this retailer are charged at full rate at all times - so you lose money just by calling them. Avoid - or regret.
Brilliant to buy from but those few pounds saved initilally will be wasted if, like mine, the product goes wrong - they have a dedicated "option 2" moneymaking phone line which they don't answer... hey presto - more profit from the recorded music probably than in selling electrical goods!!??!!. Any company is only as good as its aftersales service. Had I only paid a few quid more & bought from amazon I would have already had a replacement instead of STILL waiting for a response from this shower. I certainly won't use them again - AVOID.
I ordered a vacuum cleaner before Xmas, it was the cheapest price online, a timed delivery which I could have changed easily and it arrived when stated.

Originally ordered Humax HD PVR from a different internet supplier & it failed to arrived because their courier (Yodel) didn't make the delivery when promised & then lost it. We cancelled & then ordered from Electrical123 - wish we'd gone there 1st...ordered Monday pm; offered a choice of delivery dates including the following day, which we chose; we were given a tracking number with their courier (City Link), & received delivery before lunchtime Tue :-).
Ordered an LG 32" TV because Electrical 123 had the cheapest price of any other supplier by more than 10%. Great customer service - they called the day before delivery to confirm and the product arrived at 8am the next day by City Link. Simple. Will definitely order from them again. First class!
