We have just bought a Beko Washing Machine model BEK-WSH-WMB71642W-W for a bargain price £242 with free delivery. We ordered it on a Thursday and picked a date for delivery the next day - and exactly as described in their delivery information we received and order confirmation email and an email advising the delivery slot for the next day. The washing machine was delivered on the day and within the time slot by two very polite and helpful delivery men who removed the packaging and brought the machine into our utility room ready for us to install. Ordered a freezer, (which best buy, cheapest price I could find) I chose the wrong delivery date so immediately phoned them to see if I could change, and I could no problem. Received a 90 minute time slot the evening before delivery date (currys would only give me a 8am - 7pm delivery time with free delivery) Then on delivery day (2 days from ordering) I had to contact them again so see if I could find out further details about my scheduled delivery slot, they were happy to help and telephoned the drivers. So pleased with their customer service. Delviery was quick, efficient, they unpackaged for me so I could check no damage and they took the packaging away with them. They were happy to carry it through my obstable house into the kitchen. Would definately use again
Don't be put off by bad reviews. I ordered a Bosch washing machine on Monday at by far the cheapest price on the internet. It was delivered Wednesday afternoon at the time arranged, efficiently installed and the old machine removed. What's not to like?
First time to use Electrical 123 whilst comparing against the likes of Dixons,Currys and bad experience of Comet for a fridge/freezer,well impressed with them and customer service.Definately use them again.
Bought Hoover from them,arrived next day only to find the handle had a large crack all the way up. Decided to phone the customer service line which is option 2, 25 minutes later at 10p a minute still has no answer so decided to hang up,phoned up again straight away but decided to press option 1 which is the order line and surprise surprise they answered within 3 seconds,absolute rip off if you have a problem with any item ordered from this company. On the plus side item was exchanged the very next day thanks to THE ORDER LINE. Just checked my phone bill and yes it has gone up by £2.49
My daughter ordered a Zanussi washing machine last week and paid in full by debit card. Unfortunately the machine had been priced incorrectly on the web site so Electrical 123 sent her an email to say that the machine could only be supplied at a price some £60 higher. My daughter could not afford it at the higher price so asked for her money back. This was promised, but after a week of checking her account, no money has been returned. Finally today they gave her a credit note instead, despite never supplying the goods! She is very distressed, without a washing machine, and unable to buy what she wants elsewhere. I am very hopeful that Electrical 123 will sort this out for her asap. I shall post the outcome!
ordered laptop & microwave which arrived on day specified, (microwave works fine) however something loose inside laptop which had to be returned should of been collected and new delivered on Saturday but never arrived due to City Link not knowing postcode, even though had City link had delivered an item from different company previously (new estate) Simon Collins rang to confirm if we had taken delivery of laptop- no he tried to get hold of City Link although they had already shut therefore he tried his best to re-direct item to work on Tuesday they tried again to deliver on Monday and they found postcode this time & also tried to collect item from work. i offered to collect item from City link depot and Simon very kindly refunded £15 for the inconvience. Will use again Thanks Simon GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
This is a very good online retailer. I ordered a home cinema system from them and the damm thing took me by surprise - it was delivered the very next day, less than 24 hours after placing the order!!! Oh, and it arrived in excellent condition via City Link (you can track it too on their website). The communication was good throughout and the online ordering process was straightforward too. They also offer cashback through www.topcashback.co.uk. which is a bonus for me.
The only negative with this company with is basically the Co-op electrical (but using the name Electrical123.com) is that they are not able to be contacted by telephone with a cheap geographic number. In other words, to speak to them you need to dial a 0845 number which cost me 10p per minute from a Virgin Media line. Even saynoto0870.com do not have a valid number for them.
However, that is nit-picking and, on the whole I highly recommend them without hesitation.
If you ever have any problems ask for a guy called Simon Collins who is a duty manager on Customer Services. He's a top bloke who can and will sort out any problems you may have. I had to return my item because I was not happy with it's quality and it was also a bit big for it's intended position on my TV stand. But this was nothing to do with Electrical123. The returns process was straightforward and hassle free just like the delivery was. Their people are polite and very helpful.

Took a day off from work but the product (microwave) never arrived. Am regretting buying from this retailer just to save a few quid. They use the cheapest possible delivery service to cut costs - so there is no guarantee that the product will be delivered on a given day. Calls to this retailer are charged at full rate at all times - so you lose money just by calling them. Avoid - or regret.
Brilliant to buy from but those few pounds saved initilally will be wasted if, like mine, the product goes wrong - they have a dedicated "option 2" moneymaking phone line which they don't answer... hey presto - more profit from the recorded music probably than in selling electrical goods!!??!!. Any company is only as good as its aftersales service. Had I only paid a few quid more & bought from amazon I would have already had a replacement instead of STILL waiting for a response from this shower. I certainly won't use them again - AVOID.
No hesitation in recommending Electrical123.com...our experience was that they are cheap, reliable & fast. Originally ordered Humax HD PVR from a different internet supplier & it failed to arrived because their courier (Yodel) didn't make the delivery when promised & then lost it. We cancelled & then ordered from Electrical123 - wish we'd gone there 1st...ordered Monday pm; offered a choice of delivery dates including the following day, which we chose; we were given a tracking number with their courier (City Link), & received delivery before lunchtime Tue :-).
Ordered an LG 32" TV because Electrical 123 had the cheapest price of any other supplier by more than 10%. Great customer service - they called the day before delivery to confirm and the product arrived at 8am the next day by City Link. Simple. Will definitely order from them again. First class!
