I ordered a TV from electrical 123 I received a call the day before delivery to check the address and payment details, which I thought was a good service. electrical 123 couriers did let me down, you do get a tracking number (which to be fair isn't any help, only tell you it's on it way, doesn’t give times) Due to my order being near Christmas the courier company deliveries a lot later than the time scale given in your order conformation, which I only found out after placing my order, in my case deliveries were up until 9pm, I was having my delivery sent to work, so wasn't going to be there that late. I called the courier company, once it got passed the 'normal delivery' time they said normally (outside the Christmas period) they could give you an ETA on deliveries (which is handy to know) but on this occasion they couldn't. I wasn’t convinced that I would receive my TV the following day and wanted to change the delivery address, I called electrical 123 on the evening of my delivery and spoke to a chap called Paul. He apologised and said he would try a contact the courier to change the address and call me back. True to his word he did call me back, unfortunately unable to get in touch with them to change the address and promised a call back in the morning - again true to his word I received a call from one of his colleagues and I received my TV the following day! Clearly my delivery issues were no reflection on electrical 123, just 'one of those things' but maybe worth thinking about where you want your goods delivered. I would recommend electrical 123 and will defiantly be using them again, seeing as they were one of stores offering what I wanted for the lowest price and have a good customer service team - winner all round!
Please disregard point 3 of electrical123's promise. All items are not in stock - at least in my experience.
Placed an order for a new tv on a tuesday for delivery saturday, the guy put me on hold while he went away and checked my tv was in stock - all good so far, order placed. I get a call Friday confirming delivery time then saturday morning (which I had taken off work especially) I get a call saying item is not in stock anymore when they checked the warehouse and the guy on the phone said he would call me back first thing monday to tell me what the situation is after speaking with the manufacturer to see if it is possible to order another one. After no callback I rang customer services myself - was told yes mr customer it will be back in stock tomorrow - is next saturday ok? I accepted this....mistakes happen I suppose.
8pm that evening in our new flat we get the internet working: The guy that promised me a callback had opted to leave me an email?! how cowardly, especially as I said I currently have no internet... Sorry we dont know when it will be back in stock - "could be a week/could be a month" - I'm now very worried, one person said in stock tomorrow, another said out of stock but didn't ring me to tell me as promised.
After shoppping for an electric stove I came across Electrical 123 who had by far the most competitive price plus free delivery! Very pleased with the whole service. Transaction went through with no problems and the item was delivered on the date requested. Will definitely use again in the future.
We purchased a steam oven / microwave after trawling the www and Electrical 123 were by far the most competitive. Unfortunately, the microwave failed within the 28 day period. I telephoned the company and the young man was sympathetic and polite. he arranged for a replacement in less than 24 hours. I have bought many items on the net but this quality of service easily surpasses them all. I would not hesitate to recommend or to make further purchases myself in the future ... if only all companies were like this.
I looked on lots of different sites before i found electrical 123 could give me a delivery of my washing machine without waiting 4 weeks. In fact they were not only the cheapest but i ordered it on the friday and they delivered it on the day after, on the saturday.Delivery was free and for a small amount they took my old one away.i live in a flat with 26 steps but the two men who came had no problems with this.They arrived at the estimated time, were very efficient and friendly and took all the packaging away. After reseaching hand-held vacuum cleaners I finally did a price search. Electrical123.com came up with a suspiciously low price on the Dyson DC30, FAR less than their competitors. I googled their reviews and was impressed. The item was duly ordered and their communication was excellent, confirming the purchase and a day later, confirming despatch. The item arrived on the very day & time slot promised, however I'd slipped out for 10 minutes. Two hours later Citylink returned and delivered the item, exactly as described, brand new and packaging in mint condition.

Found them to be the cheapest for our Animal Dyson Vacuum cleaner and also the quickest for delivery. Ordered on the Sunday receievd it on the Tuesday. The price went up overnight by £10 so I rang to see why and was offered the lower price from the night before. Would highly recommend them.
Originally ordered Samsung American Fridge Freezer from B&Q as part of overall kitchen. Was let down badly by B&Q and had to source new kitchen and all appliances. Electrical 123 were able to provide the same item £70 cheaper that B&Q's alleged discounted price.....!!! I changed the original delivery date of this appliance with no problems at all. Received txt message and was kept up to date re time window for delivery of appliance. All in all a great service, would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
Found they offered the best price on the washing machine I wanted and ordered. Purchasing was completely painless. Delivery was very efficient, on time, smart/helpful/cheerful chaps (despite their van suffering mechanical problems and they had 100 miles to travel after me). I haven't a single bad thing to say and would not hesitate to use this electrical retailer again.
Had ordered a Dyson DC25 after their site came up on Pricerunner. Was not too sure about them as never had heard about them before the name came up in the search. Received the product one day before scheduled delivery and in perfect condition. Product is excellent. Would recommend.
Ordered a little electrolux stair vacuum cleaner from Electrical123. T item was delivered in 2 days and was 9 pounds cheaper than anywhere else online. Free delivery too! Would definitely buy from this seller again. Highly recommended
I ordered an Aquarius Hotpoint washer dryer that was so noisy it sounded like a space ship taking off. Electrical 123 changed the machine to a Beko WME 7267W quickly, which is great. Fast delivery, pleasant helpful staff, quick follow up by email of invoices etc. They stand out in this day and age of lousy customer service. If only other companies were the same.
I bought a camera from 123electrical.com and after a couple of days I had an issue with the screen. I emailed customer services and got a prompt response. They organised for a courier to come and pick up the old camera (at a time that was convenient for me) and delivered a new one the next day at no additional cost. The camera itself is brilliant and I would highly recommend buying goods from this company.
