An Excellent efficient professional Service.
Needing a hand dryer for Church searched the internet. I was attracted to Electrics Deal Direct as they appeared the cheapest. There was a facility to pay by Debit card or BACS. This appealed to me as it is difficult to have other cards for a charity account at the bank. James gave me the necessary details so that I could make payment by Bacs.
Delevery was the following day as promised. Service was excellent and professional.
Would recommend the company from the service experienced. Well done James.

First class service at the right price.
Having made my choice on the extractor fan I wanted to purchase I did the normal thing and started to search the web for the best price,I came across these guys and placed my order. I had a phone call the following morning from James because I hadn't made a payment. The item was delivered the following day. Great service

Absolutely fantastic!
The service was second to none. Even though I made a mess of the online payment it was quickly sorted out and from ordering to delivery was less than 24 hours. Add to that, the product I was buying was cheaper by a huge amount than any other online retailer, including auction sites. In future when I am looking for electrical goods, this will be my first stop, and I will certainly be recommending them to my friends. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Fast efficient service would use again and recommend to others
Searched the web and came across electrical deals direct. Found the part I wanted and placed my order before 12 o'clock . Have recently had dealings with another company that I paid for next day delivery part came 3 weeks later. My order came next day before 11 o'clock even though website stated upto 2 working days. Excellent service and would definitely use again and recommend .

Kitchen and Bathroom Warehouse - Brilliant Service and great price
I ordered an expensive kitchen tap. Kitchen and Bathroom Warehouse offered a great discount. I ordered, and the goods arrived promptly. There was one part missing. I emailled the company - they tracked it down same day to a mistake from their supplier, and within 48 hours I had the missing part. Making mistakes is human; sorting them out efficiently is what counts. Full marks

Superb Service - 6 stars if I could...
Electricals Deals Direct were outstanding - ordered a Taptile kit on the Sunday and it was despatched on the Monday and arrived Wednesday - They were also the best price by far on the web. No hesitation in recommending them and they also follow up to ensure you are happy with the service. Seem to be a small business that goes out of their way unlike the large companies. Mark Felton

under promised over performed....
Website easy to use, was able to specify delivery address different to invoice address. Was delivered quickly. Not yet been fitted and tested because bathroom is going in first.

Superfast delivery. Excellent service. Great value for money- cheapest price found on the internet.
We trawled the internet and found our Taptile product cheaper with Electrical deals Direct than anywhere else.
We telephoned them to ensure the product was in stock. They were very helpful and answered several product questions too. When I asked for dimensions they called the manufacturer to double check and then telephoned me back within several minutes.
The order was then placed online and the product was delivered 48 hrs later.
I will definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service and top quality LED downlights
Very high quality dimmable LED downlights, which were easy to fit and which rotate in their fittings and tilt by about 20 degrees, so you can shine them into particular areas of the room: eg, two tilted inwards together to focus on one table for playing cards, but usually just pointing down to give a good even light across the room.
Delivery was very fast - excellent service all round.
The lights are expensive, but seem very well made, and should last 30 years or so.... (75,000 hours lifetime is 8.5 years if they stayed on the whole time, so it will be over 30 years if they're on 6 hours a day on average) and of course they cost hardly anything to run (6 downlights for a fairly big room, just 42 Watts in all: which is 0.6p per hour for all of them on full).

Hot Price on Hot Tap
We found just the tap we wanted a Zip Hot Water tap for boiling water, with Electrical Deals Direct. The site was easy to navigate and the speed of the delivery was amazing.
Far and away the best online company I have dealt with. The follow up and the precise delivery time was exceptional. We have just returned from Australia where we have lived for 25 years. We purchased a property and have spent the last few weeks renovating it. Second time unlucky but the day is saved!
Having ordered the same product previously and still being the most competitive, I ordered again. Unfortunately the wrong part arrived. However, this was dealt with efficiently and effectively. The error was actually with a 3rd party supplier. Will definitely use again!
