This was the first time I have ordered from this company - The ordering process was smooth and secure (I'd avoided buying from another site because of the lack of security on the payment section of their site - no such problem here) and the delivery was not only prompt, but I had a one-hour time slot e-mailed to me on the morning of the delivery. An excellent convenience feature of this retailer. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them, i'll certainly be buying from them again in future. Nice one.

Following internet searches I came across this website and found the easy navigation useful and the low cost products of interest
Following order, the goods came without any hastle the next day and appear to be in good condition (although we are yet to open the boxes and install yet)

Delivery was excellent - initial email with date that I wasn't available, was able to select following day on-line, received an email with a one hour slot at the beginning of that day, which was honoured. Didn't have to deal with the company at all as product arrived as described with no issues.

Fantastic service
I would say I am hard to please but in this instance I was very happy with the service. They give you a time slot and it is brilliant. I ordered an extractor fan and it arrived really well packaged and protected. I am very particular and don't like when things get damaged or scratched.

The delivery times on the website regarding Quookers were quite detailed and warned it could take a few days. I rang to check how long it was likely to be and was told it would be the next day and it was.

Can`t find fault super service will use again
The fitter said it was easy to install clear precise instructions.
I am disabled and over time have found filling and lifting kettles to make tea and coffee a chore now thanks to my Quooker I can`t wait to make drinks best thing since.......a cup of tea??

That's what I call service.
Had not used the company before but will if I need to in the future. The one hour delivery slot is excellent, quoted 10:45 to 11:45 and it arrived at 10:55 ,so didn't have to hang around. Ordered the transformer on the 3rd Jan and had it the next day.

Amazing efficiency and best price.
The on-line guide to best price showed that Electrical deals Direct was definitely one to check. My problem was that some suppliers do not deliver to the Western Isles but this was no problem. I would have thought a delivery within a week would have been very good as I ordered on 19th December but I was amazed to receive my order today, 24th December. A friendly, efficient service, and probably the best price available.

The Oracstar cost £41 in 1995 and the 'Intervent' cost £10.85 in 2011,Both made by Manrose and are now simpler and better in design,it was a breeze to install

Excellent all round service
I bought an in line ventilation fan. I could not find this fan any cheaper online. The company said they would dispatch it within two days and they did. Electrical Deals Direct use Interlink Express who were very efficient achieving the aim of next day delivery from dispatch. I received emails that enabled easy tracking of the consignment.
Altogether a hassle free experience and I would use the company again.

Great site for Quooker taps.
I bought a Quooker boiling water tap from this site - they were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and the goods were in stock.
They represented great savings against other sites, even when you add the cost of installation into the equation!
My Quooker arrived within 24 hours and I'm not sure how I've coped without it!
