stay AWAY!!!

These people do not know how to run a business and stock up items early when you know they are running out. I wanted a Washing machine and ordered the samsung 9kg from here. first i was hesitant because I read the reviews and they were pretty negative, but I read the washing machine reviews, and they were positive, so I went for it. I gave the order and got a phone call that they ran out (it was not stated on the website throughout the time) and they are ordering new ones from the manufacturer, it will take a week. I though thats fine I can wait that long. It was 1 week and no one came, so i called them and they said, we call you when it comes and arrange a delivery to your convenience, it may come next week. I thought OK I can hold on to one more week,. Still no phone call and we had piles of clothes to wash. My mum was saying call them and see how long its going to take (she was hand washing clothes). I thought we can give them a bit more time because I can be too nice, its Now 1 Month...And still nothing despite them saying Service: 3-10 Days Delivery. I called and a european guy did that understanding talk, and said if it doesn't come by next week, cancel the order.....Forget that, they took 1 month and still hav't given us our washing machine; they never stocked the item before hand when they know there are offers. They don't know how to run a business!!!!! Stay Away especially when they tell you 'we are ordering the item.'

Shocking. Just shcoking

This company are the pits. I purchased an new LG TV from them. The delivery guy could only do one day and even then they couldn't tell you what time (between 7am and 7pm... very handy for anyone who doesn't work)

Provide faulty goods then back it up with Terrible service, threats lies and general all around rudeness.
If you don't want to get ripped off as I have then I advise you to please AVOID this company.

What's worse is they then claim they can help you and just lie again. Just possible the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I caught them out on a lie and they got aggressive and hang up on me and then said I was to blame!

I am now having to go to my Credit Card company to get a refund.

Impressive, Speedy Company

I am very pleased, you had what I wanted at the price I was happy to pay and you delivered it in 3 days.
It was a fridge freezer, my old one had broken down and life was aweful without it.
Your company came up trumps, I will use you again if possible.

The web site was user friendly, the product was in stock and delivered to my home on time two days later. A very efficient operation and I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Washing Machine purchased very good unit

Company very good, followed up our order with a phone call to say approximately when Washing Machine would be delivered by their carriers. I was expecting a phone call from the carriers to say which day it was going to be delivered but ended up ringing them to find it was already on the van and being delivered that day. Luckily I was at home and able to wait in for it.

I'd purchased from these guys before and decided to use them again, however they were more expensive than Comet. Rang them up and they not only matched the price but delivered it for me next day...just in time for the new football season :)

Home on the Range

I've just bought a Stoves range cooker from Electrical Discounts. It was great value, delivered when they said it would be, beautifully packed and looks amazing in my new kitchen. I'd definitely recommend them!

An quick and easy transaction at a good price

The product was a good price and ordering on the web site was quick and easy. The item was dispatched promptly and the courier gave me a call about 1/2 hr before arrival. He was careful handling the item and put the package where I indicated. On examination there was no damage and the product was in perfect condition. Overall it was an excellent service and I was very pleased.

Speedy prompt delivery

My new fridge was delivered within 48 hrs of placing the order. For some reason, deliveries to me usually arrive at the tail end of the day, but my fridge (and delivery man) were waiting on the doorstep at 0655am! At least I didn't spend the whole day waiting in.

Hey I bought a dishwasher I wanted for the best price any where. I called electrical discount to ask a question about the dishwasher , it was answered and the gentleman on the line told me when the delivery was expected. New Samsung LED TV

I ordered my new LED TV from there eBay store on Sunday 19/08/12, delivery was estimate to be 3 to 5 working days, I received my item on Wednesday 22/08/12 with Parcel Force.

The TV is epic and nice quick delivery.

Electrical Discount Let down by their carrier "Yodel"

Unfortunately phoning in to report a failed delivery by Yodel despite their www showing as delivered, did not get the primised return call.

Neither did Yodel who were Home Delivery Service previously bother to respond to v/mails or e mails sent regards their fraudulent driver.
