I would happily recommend Electric Experience. I bought a Panasonic TV through them. The model I was interested in was showing as out of stock so I spoke to a representitive and he was both informative and helpful. He advised their ordering process and when they would have more stock for allocation to customers, put one aside for me and kept me up to date with its arrival in to their store. TV arrived when he said it would and he discussed with me when I would like it delivered to fit my schedule. TV arrived, as promised, when promised. Couldn't fault them from start to finish.
Really bad service , tried ordering a LG Fridge freezer, i paid online got contacted the day after to say that the order had to be canceled as i had not done verified by visa and wanted it delivered to my new address . got told the transaction had been stopped and i needed to re order using the verified by visa, strange but thought hey ho. Spoke to the bank who told me they had not recieved the funds back . i called them back to try to talk to them about releasing the funds back and the guy was so rude told me the funds would not be back until the wednesday five days after the original order and i was trying to explain that i needed the item for my new house that i get the keys on wednesday for the house but he told me " the other phone is ringing and i gotta go" then hung up on me . im kinda glad im getting my money back imagine if there was something wrong with the item . Avoid these guys pay a little extra and order from somewhere with a proven history
Never use this company under any circumstances. They are a disgrace. they never respond to emails, return telephone calls, cancel orders and have no manners at all. It has been a living hell trying to order a washing machine. i implore you not to use them.
I ordered a TV from Electrical Experience purely based on their excellent prices and good reviews. The ordering was extremely easy and I received a comfirmation email straight away informing me that my TV would be with me within 2 to 5 days. 7 days later and no contact or TV being received, I looked at my account on their website to check the staus of my order. My order was now marked with 'Order Cancelled' which had certainly not been done by me. I contacted EE by email via their website to ask what was happening. Five days after I sent the email I had still not received any form of contact from EE. I then telephoned them to ask what was happening with my order(the order confirmation states that they are open from 8am but in reality they do not open until 9.30am) . They gave the excuse that the ordering system had recorded my card number incorrectly and he gave me four digits that did not relate to my card but the last four digits showing on my confirmation were correct. They also told me that the item was no longer in stock (the web site stated that it was) and that they would now not be able to deliver for around 4 - 5 weeks. I think that this is more likely the real reason for the cancellation. I fully understand that it is difficult for these companies to always have stock but it was the lack of communication that disappointed me, I have had to do all the chasing for their sale. When I placed this order there were a couple of other companies offering the same TV at the same price. This price has now risen putting me out of pocket. If tyou are to use this company do not purchase via their website, call them instead and they will be able to give more accurate information and are less likely to let you down. It has put me off using them again.
Used online chat to ask about a ps51e8000, they said they had stock and could delver next day. Not long after rdering they called me, got a call next day from delivery company, got delivery shortly after, i live in a top floor flat, delivery is only to ground floor, i sweetened drivers palm and he helped carry it up, nce guy and was more than happy to buy hs breaky for helpng me as its a slog up these stairs. Happy with Electrical Experience and happy with Tufnells for givng me next day delvery and a helping hand for doing out of job description by heling me up stairs for a small fee of £5 which i offered 1st ;)
From first contact on the web chat the purchase was quick and easy and excellent price thrown in too. Order placed on the Thursday call to arrange delivery within an hour of placing it online with the machine being delivered on the Monday faster than a letter sent in the post!
The delivery company were great, with conformation of the delivery , then a text to confirm the delivery on the sunday with a delivery slot of only a couple of hours, so waiting in all day. Driver called 20 minuets before the delivery. Two guys carried the machine to the kitchen, unpacked it and took all the packaging away with them!
Great service from start to finish and at a great price!
It was the first time I bought from this company, and having never heard from them I was a little uneasy, but, the delivery was very quick and they kept me informed at all times. Combined with the very competitive price means I was completely happy and would recommend this company.
Ordered a new Bosch tumble dryer when 4 year old AEG one packed up (for the second time - Avoid AEG!!). There was an initial hiccup with the payment process (Sagepay website crashed and I didn't know if payment had gone through). Anyway, sorted it out easily enough on the phone the following day.
They delivered on a Saturday even though I hadn't paid the extra for this, and took old machine away. Delivery men were extremely helpful and courteous.
Rang up on Saturday the 3rd of March and ordered a new TV via Collin who was very friendly and professional. We scheduled a Wednesday 6th March Delivery and paid £5 extra to guarantee a morning slot delivery.
The TV arrived around 1:15pm on the Wednesday which although I wouldn't call a morning slot, I would still consider that to be impressive service for delivering / transporting an item between Bury (in the North) and London (in the South)
Admittedly, we have not yet set up and / or tested the TV but as long as everything works fine and the TV doesn't break within the next few years or so, then yes all is well and I would indeed recommend this company based on their competitive prices and professionalism.
Decided to order from this company as their selection of TV's were the right and competitive price along with their guarantee options. Spoke to a very helpful online person to check that my chosen TV was in stock. It was not but they offered me the upgraded model for £30 extra when it was listed at £80 extra. I took the deal and after one of their customer service people ringing me up to confirm the order in quick time and sort out the payment with them via paypal the TV was quickly shipped out and delivered to me the next morning and it is beautiful! Excellent staff and service as far as I am concerned right now.
I ordered a Panasonic TV from them on the 22nd November and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours to arrange delivery. This took 4 days. The 4th December was arranged, already longer than their claimed 2-5 days delivery. So I took the day off work to wait for my TV. It never came. Meanwhile they had taken the money out of my account! I emailed the company to receive an email saying it had not even been received from Panasonic yet! No mention of any delivery dates for days, so I emailed again and a second time to finally get a reply with no apology, but said they could deliver tomorrow (Fri14th Dec). Stayed in all day again to receive NO TELEVISION again. It FINALLY arrived the day after, again with no apology or explanation of why it had taken them this long. From order to delivery it was over 3 weeks. Terrible service, will never be buying from them again.
We ordered a TV online from this retailer. Our order confirmation e-mail said "You will be contacted shortly by one of our sales advisors. If on the rare occasion you are not contacted within 24 hours please contact us on 0844 858 0708 with any queries." After a day we were told there was a problem with our payment, so i sent an e-mail to investigate. No Response. I use'd their LIVE Support service, Took me 30 min's to get a response, then what should have taken 5 mins took me 2 and a half hours of me asking a question, then waiting 10 - 20 min for a response. Once that was compleate and everything required of me was done, we were told "the moment we receive the information required we will contact you to arrange delivery."
The next day i called up the customer service line and spoke to a man, he told me that i hadnt sent them the information, to which i told him i had, gave him the name of the exact email i sent, he said he would sort it out and call us back. This was 11am. Finally at 15:40, i called back to enquire and was told that the customer service team finish "around 4", they had all gone home and i would have to call back on monday.
This treatment is unacceptable, I have paid for a service and expect to be treated properly. I havent asked for much, just to know if my order has been processed and when i can arrange delivery. I have not been rude once and i have spent alot of money. Money which is now unaccessable to me untill this whole situation is delt with.
I am very dissapointed and angry with the service i have recived and if the situation isnt rectified, i will be taking it further.
Hi all I bought 55" LG 670T from this company. Not only they maintain price 200£ lower than many high street shops they deliver the product properly, on time.
I really worried about product delivery before I placed the order. I phoned them to enquire the product in stock, the guy (Colin) is really helpful and took order over the phone. TV arrived exactly on the date he said. Iam really satisfied. Buy from this company....Please do call before place order to know whether they have got stock in the warehouse. - Ven
