Ordered a 65" LG TV, sales guy answered all my questions, made payment over the phone, being quite local to them, they delivered on their own delivery van with their own staff.
Happy with the TV and happy in general with the Service.
I ordered a TV with electricshop.com at 8am. I was phoned about 1130 to arrange delivery. The TV arrived 2 days later.
The price was lower than any others I had seen for the same product.The service and delivery were the best I have encounted in a very long time.If this company keeps these standards, I would recommend them for anything you need.
The phone call the night before to say the Belling range would be delivered the next morning by 7.30 am, and to their word it came ready for the workmen to assemble. Which was very good service.

I needed to buy a washer/dryer combo for our new house, and after reading Which? reviews settled on the highest rated one because it was also a Best Buy, an AEG L75480WD. I checked the sellers Which? had listed (their best prices were £599) but decided to look for other prices and found electricshop.com which had the identical machine for £434.94! I immediately bought it! Because the house was not ready yet, I asked them to hold delivery until I contacted them, which they did. Once I was ready for delivery, the service was fast and efficient and all communication was exemplary! I highly recommend this business!

The delivery co arrived 1 and a half hours after the end of the allocated time slot but not notifying me until they were already 45 minutes late. When they did arrive already had filled paperwork told me to sign rushed me along as they were running late and had unpacked the damaged goods in the van and hid the damage. Once they had gone i opend the freezer door which fell off so i called Electric shop immediately and was faced with a you signed for it so tough attitude and a distinct lack of sympathy for the already bad service. At the end of the call they said they would get Hotpoint to come and look at it. Hotpoint came and were brilliant and said it should never have been delivered in the poor condition it was in and all the bottom was damaged due to been dropped. I appreciate accidents can happen and people do not want to get in to trouble. My biggest gripe is there was no customer care from a customer services department.

I placed an order on the 7 September with Electric Shop for a cooker and a hob to the value of £900 and the young girl who took my order over the phone told me I would be notified on the 10th when the cooker was to be delivered. On the 12 I phoned to find out what had happened and was told by a rather unhelpful woman that the delivery would not be until the week beginning the 24. I asked why I had been told the 10th and she replied that there was no record of that conversation. At 4pm on the 24 as no one had bothered to call me, I phoned to ask about my order and had a young man verging on rudeness who told me if I had been told the week beginning the 24th then he had no further information than me. When I asked, with some shock, why the company did not know when their delivery was due but he simply repeated that was all the information he had and I would receive a text "the night before" when the delivery would arrive. I pointed out that I had to book an electrician and take time off and that the "night before" would not help. He said hang on and then came back with a personality change as he then become very helpful and friendly and said he could arrange a delivery on the Thursday, changed his mind and then said Wednesday. I asked if he had a time so I could organise my day and he said no. I then received a text message on Tuesday morning, not night, confirming the order. At 7am on Wednesday I was woken by a phone call from the delivery men who were outside our house. When they came in they expressed enormous surprise as to why Electric Shop could not have given us a delivery time as it had been on the job sheet since Monday. For spending £900 with this company there was no decent customer support or service and I would not recommend this company.
Electricshop service was exactly as stated and in fairness delivery time was well within expectations ... Pity that the product first delivered was damaged. the delivery company was excellent taking photos of damage and had reported such back to Electricshop before I had phoned re the problem. The following day Electricshop contacted me and second delivery was booked for one week later and product is fine, although not yet installed. Product price was best quoted and would certainly consider using them again
Having compared the dishwasher I wanted with other site this one came up best for price. I ordered the dishwasher on the Friday evening on their web site, which was clear, and easy to use, by mid morning Saturday a very helpful lady rang to arrange the delivery. Two very helpful men delivered it on the Wednesday at the stated time.
The whole experience was seamless and I highly recommend this company
I ordered a microwave to fit under the worktop in my newly fitted kitchen, however when it arrived it wasn't suitable. I rang to ask how to return the item (I thougjht this was pretty reasonable and run of the mill request) to be told that:
1) I had to pay to return it - not really a problem
2) There was a 30% charge to 'restock' the item!!!
As the 30% would mean losing £63 I decided to 'make do' - I had wanted to order a replacement but this was not possible with this company either - I would still be charged the 30%.
I have ordered and returned or exchanged 100's of items and this was a first for me - not good enough!

i used a comparison site to check my options for the appliance i needed and electricshop.com came up as the cheapest. having bought several such items on line from other suppliers i was a little wary about using a different one but i needn't have been. the transaction was conducted in a friendly, professional manner, the item arrived faster than stated (in terms & conditions), undamaged and in good working order. all in all i'm very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I have been looking for cheapest price on this fridge. Electrictricshop delivered promptly so my daughter could take it with her to university accommodation the following day. The fridge keeps extremely low temperature and is a perfect size for her.Any larger she may not have been allowed to keep it due to restrictions on power consumption.
