I recently purchased a Series 8 Samsung TV from Electrocentre. It was at price that was to good to be true. Well it was true. It was delivered on time. It was opened in front of me an inspected by myself and the delivery men as per there policy.
A fantastic service and I would definitely buy from them again. TV is awsome too.

Bought a £900 TV from Electrocentre and was told that when the set was delivered a picture would be taken (set turned off) to show there was no damage to the screen and there was no damage.
I was going on holiday the next day so did not plug the set in for over 2 weeks when my Sky tv was being installed and to my horror the top half of the screen was not working - I contacted Electrocentre who informed me that as I did not report the fault within 3 days there was nothing they could do!
I sent a photo to LG the manufacturer who believe that the damage was caused in transit and referred me back to Electrocentre who have since ignored each and every one of the 8 mails I have sent.
I have heard rumours that Electrocentre is about to cease trading which causes me even more concern as I am stuck with a non working TV - I have contacted Trading Standards and will wait to see what happens
No hassle in buying. The TV was delivered as promised on time and the courier kept us informed of the time he was expected to arrive.
I ordered my black Samsung side by side fridge freezer from Electro Centre after an internet search and reading the Trust Pilot reviews. The unit was exactly what I was looking for at the very best price from any other retailer. It was £200 cheaper from Electro Centre than the next best price I could find. Prompt Saturday morning delivery (as per the t&c's and the phone call the day before). Packaging removed for inspection before signing and accepting. Delivery is only to your front door, but with a price that good - no complaints here! 1 x brand new shiny black Samsung side by side fridge freezer with plumbed in water and ice dispenser - excellent! I will definitely consider these guys for future large electrical purchases, they are very good!
Would totally recommend electro centre with no hesitation. Phoned day before delivery to check for suitability & rearranged for an alternative day as the initial delivery date wasn't suitable. Delivery driver phoned an hour before so no waiting in all day. Washing machine was put in my kitchen, unwrapped & inspected with delivery team for damage. Very polite, courteous & helpful. Pity more companies weren't like them.
I as only told when washing machine being delivered that 2-man delivery team wouldn't carry it above ground floor. Likewise when I paid for the old one to be removed, I wasn't told they wouldn't take it. Good price, but had I known they wouldn't, I would have bought from someone else who would. It was a real hassle finding other guys just to do the lifting.
Ordered Bosch Fridge/freezer and was dealt with efficiently on the phone.
Order was processed quickly and having been quoted "3 - 5 days" for delivery, I was more than pleased when fridge turned up after three days, especially as my old one had broken down completely. All round good service.
I ordered and paid for a washing machine on-line and 3 days later I rang them to find out about delivery. They told me the one I ordered was out of stock so they upgraded my purchase to the dearer model with faster spin speed and larger drum.... well chuffed! They said they would be delivering it in the afternoon and it arrived at 6.20pm! I felt sorry for the delivery guys... so late! But very pleased with my purchase. Thanks
Just purchased A Bosch Washing Machine, no one could beat their price or delivery service in fact it came two quicker than any of my local shops could deliver it and I live 150 miles away from Electrocentre Ltd. Would I use them again? sure I would I just saved over a hundred pounds.
The LG NB2520A Sound Bar is neat, compact and easy to install. The LG Clear Voice filter is good and provides a much better clarity for listening to the soundtrack on TV programmes and films than your TV. We have used it for a long time on our (kitchen) LG TV and we now benefit from it on our Panasonic main TV. We can control the Sound Bar volume/mute/on/off from the Panasonic TV remote by using the supplied HDMI cable using the HDMI/ARC HDMI output socket on the TV.
The other options are not so good. The Loudness filter with Woofer enhanced to #+3 setting does improve the music content of a broadcast - but with some reduction in voice clarity. We found that the Natural filter (i.e. we assume no filtering taking place ?) was OK and sounded a little clearer than the TV. Otherwise other settings showed little perceptible difference (to our ears).
We mounted the Sound Bar on the wall under our wall hung TV on a wooden shelf. It looks nice and elegant and had little "intrusion" impact into the room i.e. just a 5 1/2" shelf tailored and cut to the same length as the Sound Bar. The wooden shelf provides good sound reflection from the 2 speakers mounted on the base of the Sound Bar.
I needed a new dishwasher and after having studied reviews to help with my selection, I shopped around for the best deal. Electrocentreltd had way and beyond the best price and free delivery! The customer service is great. I just can't fault the whole transaction. Many thanks.
Ordered washing machine after a phone call to ask about delivery. After being satisfied about the delivery and availability, I placed the order on line. Delivery was booked for Saturday. Delivery day came and went with no contact. I telephoned at 4.30 to ask if I was still getting delivery and was told it would be late in the day as my post code was the last on the list. No delivery happened. Monday morning I called and was told to phone back in the afternoon as the person who dealt with deliveries was not available till till after 1pm. I called back later and couldn't get the correct person. Eventually I got a call back at about 2.30 to tell me that the item was not available and they would issue a refund which could take up to 4 days. No explanation!!!!!
Dont trust this company at all. Poor service and a pack of lies all the way

We were not told in any conversation that the machine was damaged in transit. Nobody contacted me to tell me that the delivery was not coming. I was not asked if I wanted a refund I was TOLD I was getting one!. I would have preferred the machine I ordered even if it took an extra week. However I was not offered that option. Funny coincidence that the machine I ordered is now over £100 more expensive on the website which is still offering the item for sale. Could it be that Electrocentre never intended selling it at the advertised price. I stand by my "liar" comment!

orried that there might be a catch. There wasn't.
Ordered a dishwasher on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday, They brought it into the hall and unpacked it quickly before leaving. No problems with it.
The only minor issue was trying to communicate by mobile phone on the morning of delivery it was a very noisy environment and we couldn't understand what each other was trying to say. They did then ring an alternative number and say they would arrive at the house in 15 mins which they did.
Ordered for the first time from 'Electrocentreltd' - firstly the price was cheaper than any other website and the delivery was amazingly quick, i couuldn't believe it. they phoned me about half an hour before delivery so i knew exactly when they would arrive. First class guys would definitely use again when i want other appliances. already recommended to my Sister. Thanks.
Had been looking at getting a Samsung fridge freezer for a while, when I came across this one at electrocentre I had to check them out on-line because they were so much cheaper than anywhere else, most unusual these days . Though it might be a con but proved to be absolutely fine. delivery was ok, not as good as other online shops but at the price I am not complaining. unmarked appliance installed no problem. Have not got the cash back from Samsung yet , the claim is being proccessed now . If that goes well I have no complaints at all. Be careful how you pay, use bank transfer if you need a different delivery address not cards or pay-pal.
As title says the sales team were great to deal with and kept me informed and up to date with my order, they even squeezed me in for a next day delivery- perfect .
The delivery driver left far to be desired though.
After explaining to the team that I work 3 minuets from home it was not an issue for me to quickly nip home to sign for the goods , this was accepted.
The delivery driver rang me while be was driving to say he was an hour away then hung up while I was talking to him, presumably because he was driving.
When he arrived at the property he rang me and was surprised I was not at home and refused to leave it with my neighbour who was in.
He then rang me and said- quote " I've left it in the alley way with your neighbour and I can't what cos I got a customer waitin " and then promptly hung up on me AGAIN
Got a customer waitin ?? What the hell am I ?? I've just spent £400 with the company you deliver for!
At the end of the day I got my order next day as promised and thanks to my neighbour it was signed for no problems.
The company themselves i do not have an issue with, nor the product.
But the delivery driver needs to learn some people skills
I was initially worried about buying from a fairly unknown source, read reviews and thought why not especially since I was saving £700 on a 55" Samsung LED 3D TV. They really surpassed my expectations I ordered Sat night and on Mon was informed that delivery would be on Tuesday. They delivered to living room, unpacked and checked the screen and took a pic. I really am very pleased with their level of service.
Washing machine was £60 cheaper than any other merchant so wins hands down on the price front. However, service is a little "minimal" as a result: no email confirmation from website, machine was delivered within the timeframe stated, but rang on a Saturday to say delivery would be on the Monday. Delivery did not eventually arrive until 8pm in the evening. I guess they have to economise somewhere, so if a slicker service matters to you it's probably best to pay more and look elsewhere, but overall no real complaints.
Great price, drivers lovely, sadly when I rang to say that I had never been sent a confirmation email, as promised on website, not one but two employees were curt, rude and dismissve. I never got the email for my records. If I hadn't already placed the order I would never have had any dealings with the company - they really need to fix their sales staff's manners and attitude.
Ordered Online for a great price. Notified of a Wednesday delivery the previous night. Got a voicemail during the day to say driver had broken down and was returning to Birmingham, new delivery date Friday. Had to chase on Friday only to be told delivery now Saturday - not good when you're without a washing machine.
