fast, cheap, efficient

Delivered timely and great value
The freezer itself is superb. Loads of space. While the fan is on there's obviously a little noise, but we bought this for the garage, (as unlike many it's rated to -15 outside of the freezer itself) this doesn't worry us at all.
The item was delivered quickly - ordered on Saturday, delivered on Wednesday by two very polite staff. A call the day before and they rang my mobile and waited a couple of minutes when inevitably popping out to the shop triggered their arrival!
My only suggestion would be that they could do with some kind of communication a day or so after order (I did get a call the day before) as hearing nothing for a few days doesn't match that of other e-based businesses. That's a really minor point, but worth mentioning.
You can go wrong with this freezer from these people - plus it was a good price without having to set the price off against shopping vouchers with short expiry dates as with their main competitor.

Wow - what a great price! Free, 2 person delivery and unwrapped it and checked it so I was sure all was ok. Would recommend and will use them again.

It's not my problem
Driver wouldn't take old appliance away, stated "it's not my problem". Delivered item inspected and foot was broken. Manufacturer serviced it a week after delivery and wrote it off, saying foot had been smashed in transit.

Fantastic fast reliable service. DEFINATELY reconmend!
Ordered an oven on the Thursday afternoon turned up on the Saturday morning. Had an issue with the oven ( which was NOT caused by electrocentre or the delivery it was a manufactorer problem. Anyway electrocentre sorted me a new oven delivered on the Tuesday.
Could not ask for better customer service!

Best price I could find and excellent delivery.

QUICK DELIVERY AND GOOD PRICE
We purchased a Beko freezer from them as we wanted to put it in our garage and it seems that Beko are the only people who make such an item. Having checked online suppliers, their price was better than everyones (significantly in some cases).
We were a bit nervous about ordering from them as had never heard of them before and didn't know anyone who had used them. We went ahead anyway because of the good price and have no regrets.
They also offered to take away our old freezer free of charge - which was an unexpected bonus, although we didn't take them up on this.
The freezer was delivered promptly (very early in the morning) and in good condition and is working very nicely in our garage.

Courteous and efficient!
I was very impressed, as we were moving to a new house we didn't want the fridge we bought delivered immediately, they happily agreed to hold it for us and delivered it with the minimum of fuss quite soon after we moved.
I'd definately use Electrocentre again and could quite confidently recommend them based on my experience!

100% Excellent Service
I cannot praise Electro Centre enough. I purchased a Samsung American style fridge freezer at a very reasonable price. As it was for my new house there were some issues with the payment address but this was soon sorted out by a very helpful telephone advisor. I was rung the same day to ask if the fridge freezer could be delivered next day but as I would not be in the area I was given named day delivery for the following Saturday which suited me perfectly.
The fridge freezer arrived at a very early 6:30 am. We had already been told it would be a doorstep only delivery. However the two deliveries were brilliant. They tried to get it through the front door but it was never going to fit so they brought it to the back door where we could put it in the conservatory to take the doors off to fit through the kitchen door. They did not need to help at all and they struggled along until they had got the fridge freezer somewhere safe. Superb service.
The only thing I would say is that it would be helpful if the website indicted items which may not fit through an average UK door without dismantling! But that was a much my fault as anything else. Next time I will check the door width!!

First class from start to finish
I had not heard of Electro Centre before, but their reviews and prices were excellent so I took a 'gamble' and it paid off. Their service and communications were superb. I got confirmation of my order with an explanation of their delivery procedure and I got confirmation of dispatch and anticipated delivery, also a call to confirm a delivery date and time which was kept to. On arrival the goods were opened for inspection and photographed.
Very professional from start to finish. Many thanks and I would recommend them without hesitation.

this was the cheapest price I found on the internet so I decided to trust other reviews of this company, glad I did as company excellent and they both emailed and text me to tell me they were coming the next day, within a four hour timeframe, which wasn't bad.
