product arrived 5 days after purchase but was slightly bent
the replacement battery for the macbookpro arrived about 5 days after making purchase.. unfortunately it was slightly damaged despite very good packaging. the battery had a dent/slight mark along one of the edges and was awkward to fit as it has a slight "banana" curve to it. however, it seems to be working ok - but the laptop has shut down while in use a number of times for no apparent reason.

Excellent
I ordered at 4.45 on Friday the sales assistant put everything through for me. He was very polite and helpfull even though it was late on a Friday. I had my package early the following week. Exceptional service I would definitely recommend Electro Supplies to anyone.

I'd shop there again.
After a lot of shopping around I found the fake snow machines i wanted were cheapest at Electro Supplies Ltd. Having placed my order online I sat back wondering how long it would be before my goods arrived. Not too long, just a couple of weeks. All items arrived together, in good condition and full working order. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends. No hassle, no messing around.

American type plugs
The order was received promptly. When I had difficulty in wiring the plugs up, I phoned for help, and was given instructions, which turned out to be helpful. The plugs themselves proved rather difficult for me to handle, in view of the small size of the components and my clumsiness and lack of skill, but I managed it after a prolonged time. I have not yet had the opportunity to actually use them, but do not expect any problems.

A firm of box-shifters...
Not a good service as deliveries were promised and cancelled several times. However, due to the attempts made by staff to fill the orders, I award 3 stars,

Rubbish!
The product when it arrived in a bashed up old box was of very poor quality and I have returned it. It had an unsightly screw, screwed in at a bad angle for not obvious reason. There was a lot of gapping between the mirror pieces and some were missing and some had shard edges.
I returned the product over two weeks ago, but have not yet heard from Electro Supplies about my refund.
This was a non electrical product that you could see was poor quality. I worry about the electrical items they sell, as poor quality with them may not be seen so clearly, but could be deadly.

Snowing in Bexley!
I purchases a snow machine, and on the Sunday before Christmas we had our two 3year grandchildren round. I set up the snow machine from an upstairs window, and they really believed it was snowing, and they still do believe it. We told them that it must mean that Santa was on his way. It was a lovely afternoon that will always be remembered. We can have snow at any time! However I was a bit disappointed with remote control, which it was advertised with, it was an on/off switch positioned on the power cable.

fast and accurate service
We ordered a glitter ball for our daughter's party and it arrived just in time. Good price and unit was well packaged for protection. The courier got lost allegedly and so our promised delivery time was missed, but this was no fault of electro supplies. Would recommend service online as it was easy and quick. Thanks for getting the ball to us in time for a great party finale. It was exactly as stated on the website with a good clear picture too.

Really dissapointed with the delivery and the equipment is poor
Really dissapointed, they only sent me half the order or which was ear phones that don't work clearly. When I called them after my event they barely said sorry and just said they other half will be put in the post today...TOO LATE!!

Good price, good product, prompt delivery!

First class advice on the phone,very helpful and friendly
I needed a headset for some video and audio work, and had been told by one person what I needed and then someone else would say I needed something totally different.The person I spoke to at electro supplies listened to what my set up was,told me exactly what was needed for the job and then sent it.It's really good quality stuff and it came in at a very good price too.I would certainly use electro supplies again.

Purchase experience good, product not, but you get what you pay for
I have used Electro Supplies before to purchase bulk headsets. As before, the ordering, delivery and billing went without a hitch. However, it has to be said I went for very cheap headsets, and they do not do well in a secondary school environment, so won't buy those again.

Brilliant
I can't praise Electro Supplies enough, I have bought a number of different items from them & always get a 1st class Service.
The only small comment I have is, on their Website they do not store the Invoice & Delivery Details & I have to type them in every time.
