Great Decision to use Elephant Car Hire

We normally use car hire 3000 but our last two experience was not very good since they changed to rentalcars.com so we decided to look elsewhere. We chose elephantcarhire.net based on their reviews here and other sites it was a great decision. The rates they offer are very similar but they work with much better suppliers. It makes a lot of difference! We will use Elephant from now on.

I have used elephantcarhire.net several time now for our holiday rental car in Italy, France, Thailand and the US. I always compared prices for all of our holidays and on all occasions I decided to book with this agent as their prices are always good and no hidden extras as you go through the booking process.
The cars I have been supplied with have always been from major car hire companies, Avis twice, Thai rent a car and Enterprise, so you get the same service as going direct, and so some unknown reason to me, they are quite a lot cheaper than go direct. You can not complain about that.

Friendly and helpful and efficient

This was the first time I ever rented a car so I asked lots of questions, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival the handover was simple, quick and went with no problems. The car was very nice and clean, they gave us a VW Golf with 4,200 miles on the clock. No problems during the hire period. We returned with a full tank of full as per their policy and they refunded the amount held on my credit card. Very pleasant experience for my first hire.

This company has always provided a excellent service to me for the 3 times I have used them. I have never had any hassle when picking up the car for the airport and the car I have got has always been in excellent order.
I made a mistake when choosing a car out last time out as and they couldn't do enough to to help us, they was so helpful and they sorted out my mistake.

From my personal experience, they are the best company I have used in the past 8 years.

We were very pleased with the customer service and vehicle we received from Elephant Car Hire for our rental at Malaga, Spain.
The car was very clean and came with a full tank of fuel. We received unlimited mileage which meant we didnt have to worry how far we went and the car came with a free gps unit which was very useful as we didnt know the area very well.
