I bought a rag doll for my granddaughters first birthday and i am extremely pleased with the quality. The service was very quick. I would recomend this company to anyone.

With less than 4 days to go I needed a 5th Wedding Anniversary present for my wife, 'wood' is the traditional gift so was on the hunt for something unusual. The drift wood heart looked perfect, it was delivered within two days using standard 1st class delivery and I am (or more so my wife) are very happy with it, look's great in the bathroom and earned some hubby brownie points !!

quickest service ever

I bought the set of 5 glass bowls with lids. Later that day I got an email to say it had been dispatched and 1 day later I got my package.
The bowls are really lovely. I took my food to a barbeque in them and I received a lot of compliments on them. I bought another set for my friend! I would recommend them!

I ordered what was meant to be a pastel Daisy shaped garland. My Daughter is called Daisy. What came was a flower garland different to the one advertised. I won't be using it as the colours are awful.

Outstanding presentation of even the smallest gift.

I was very impressed with the service received. Very quick and beautifully packaged. Even a very small item for under £2 was wrapped to perfection complete with gift tag. The girl's nighties were stunning and came in a muslin buttoned bag and smelt devine. I cannot fault the service and will be visiting again for cards and gifts.

We did try to contact you by leaving a message on your mobile to let you know that the nightie you had ordered was out of stock and not expected to be in before Christmas. We did however not pick up your email dated the 19th of December in time to resolve this before Christmas.

Fantastic Rag Dolls!!!!!

This is the second time i have purchased from Ella James. The first for rag dolls for my flower girls. As they were sooo fabulous I returned to buy the mouse house and mummy mouse as a chirstmas present for my niece. Both items are unlike anything you can find on the high street, well made and timeless harking back to the toys of my childhood and beyond. The delivery was fast and efficient. All in all an enjoyable shopping experience. I will be back!!!

A friend told me about a rag doll she bought for her niece so, needing 2 pressies for 2 of my nieces I had a look on the website. There's some lovely things on there, I bought 2 rag dolls, they came and I checked them out - they are lovely, I can't wait to hand them out at Christmas.

I ordered an engagement gift for my friends, and admittedly I'd left it far too late! Thankfully, the efficient despatch and service from Ella James meant that it arrived within 48 hours. I was so excited with my purchase!

Fairy Nightdress flew in right on time

I ordered a beautiful nightdress from Ella James for my daughter who is 7 years old (and rather tall!) hence ordering the larger size. It arrived on time and in the most lovely packaging with her doll and a hanger.

My daughter loves her new nightie as it is soft and long enough to cover her legs and she also insists on putting on the proper hanger every morning before school!!

Top purchase, will be looking at the website again for Christmas presents.

I purchased some baby girl gifts for my daughter, the doll was soft & beautiful & the little puppy gets more cuddles than anything else! I would definately buy from this company again.

Delightful and wellmade cloth dolls.

I purchased 2 cloth dolls from Ella James for birthday gifts for my 2 year-old twin granddaughters. I love these gorgeous dolls and know that my girls will love them too.
