Gorgeous nighties for my two grandchildren they showed them to everyone who visited us on our holidays. The service and attention to detail was first class and the dolly has taken up pride of place in my granddaughters bed. Lovely paper and very well-packaged
Really good quality wrapping paper, and really appreciated how well-packaged it was - unlike other companies I've used where wrapping paper arrives with crumples at either end. Only tiny negative was that it took 8 days to arrive, but this wasn't a big problem. Overall would definitely recommend Ella James.

Fabulous service, couldn't ask for better!
I ordered a cake stand which when delivered was the wrong size, I then sent an email enquire about returning the item & Ashley emailed straight back.
The service was fast & friendly, my replacement stand was delivered quickly & a refund sent immediately.

Ordered product 10 days ago and still no sign of it
I have now been waiting 10 days for my delivery, a gift ordered for my new nephew. I have called numerous times to speak to someone, but only ever get the answerphone and so far no one has got back to me, despite leaving 2 messages.

we purchased these dolls for a teenage rag doll collector. we ordered the soldier and he was lovely. Appropriate, but also cost effective, packaging. i will be buying from Ella James again the material was of a good quality and the proper stitching used.. lastly the size was brilliant for the price.

I recently ordered a ragdoll for my soon to be new baby niece as I wanted something for her that she could treasure forever. After searching many sites I came across Ella James Living, and was pleasantly surprised at the style of dolls available and the reasonable prices.
I placed my order on the Thursday, and received the package on the following Tuesday, very pleased with both product and service and would recommend/use again in the future!

I bought 2 ragdolls as gifts for my daughters aged 2 and 4 as s thank you for been mummys flower girls.
