Excellent Service
The gifts from Ella James are more of the traditional type and very stylish. I was very pleased with my order, the communication was good, with fast delivery and very well packaged.
This will become one of my favourite places to look for gifts that are a little different.

Fab service, fast delivery and great product
I was looking for a more unusual gift for a little boy, Ella James was the right place to go! The pressie arrived within 3 days (even though they had said to allow 5) and it was in perfect condition. The icing on the cake was a cute gift tag. Attached the the plastic wrapping.

Funky cushion, good seamless service
I ordered a funky UK passport cushion with short notice as a present for a celebration. Very good, prompt service. Good communication keeping me up to date with progress of order.

My little girl looks like alittle cherub, absolutley stunning
I had spent ages looking for traditional nighties for my little girl, after days trawling the internet looking at all the usual high st stores and childrens clothing shops I came across Ella James living. I ordered three nighties and have to say I was not disappointed with my offer, in fact I could not have been more pleased. They look lovely and smelled lovely of lavender, I would be glad to recommend this website to all my friends. My little girl looks so lovely in the Nightdresses, they are good quality, classic and timeless x x

Exactly what i was looking for!!!
I am always apprehensive about buying on line however i am delighted with my ragdoll purchase, which incidentally I am going to be making into curtain tie backs having found the selection of childrens tie backs unappealing. A fantastic website with lots of selection and colours and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use again.

Beautiful nightgown
Ordered a Josephine nightgown, but when order arrived it was poppy pj (which were lovely). Phone them they were very sorry about mix up. The nightgown is beautiful Scarlett would not take it off and wore it all day. Very happy

Brilliant service, received next day
I saw the items on another website but was put off by the delivery charge and as I needed them quickly would have had to pay a ridiculous amount to get them on time. Did a simple google search and found them on the Ella James website. They arrived by first class post the next day and there was no need to sign for them so as I work during the day, received them through the letter box on my return. Would definitely use Ella James again. First class service!

Glad I found this site!
Stumbled on this site whilst googling and was thrilled to see a nightie on there bought by a friend last year. My daughter loves it so I have now bought a similar one and rag doll to match ready to put away for Christmas. Also bought a stocking filler and pirate dress up costume for my son. All products are excellent quality, were well wrapped and arrived really promtly.
Will definitely use this site again and I have already passed it onto friends.

Buying is a cheerful, efficient doddle!
I found Ella James whilst browsing through trying to find a rag doll for my granddaughter.
Their selection was good with competitive prices. Ordering was a doddle, and service was incredibly efficient. The quality of the doll is excellent, and I am tempted to buy some for me - but really am at an age where I should declutter and not replace!!!

Quickclean and efficient.
The product received was as advertised - it was purchased with a baby girl of a few weeks in mind. Hopefully she will grow to love it over her early years and cherish it through her lifetime. This is what I had in mind and having received it, my hopes become a great possibility.

Excellent service and product
I was pleased to come across the website when looking for a different and unique gift for our god child for her birthday. As she is on 12 months old, I wanted something safe, cute and appropriate, which is exactly what I got with Dora the rag doll. The child loved the gift straight away and I was more than happy with the service; ordering was hassle free, and I was continually notifed of the delivery status.

Lovely range of childrens items
The range from Ella James is really crafty and original. This is what first attracted me to the site. I bought a rag dolls and pyjamas as presents which arrived really quickly (next day) and I was really pleased with the products. I would not hesitate to use again.

pretty goods pretty good service
ordered Rosie ragdoll and matching toddler outfit as a first birthday gift. confirmation of order was efficient. but I am used to Amazon speed , so expected slightly swifter delivery time (10 days from order date). however, response to an email enquiry was immediate, and the goods were well made and as pretty as describedwhen they did land on doorstep. (note for Ella James, post office just left goods on doorstep in my absence, which could have been a problem if anyone dishonest had passed by - this is not your fault I do realise but might impact on opinion of your mail order service if it happens to others?).

Very good, swift delivery and no complaints!

Superb Site & Products
My first visit to Ella James Living happened as I was looking for a rag doll for each of my god daughters. I was not disappointed. The dolls were a fantastic price and I manged to get a few other items for children's birthdays etc including a gorgeous wooden chocolate sweetie stand. I have book marked this site and will be a regular visitor for children's presents. I have my eye on the balloon stickers for starters!
The products were very well packed and presented and arrived by courier safe and sound. I cannot praise this service high enough.

Efficient service and a good product
This was my first purchase from Ella James and I was suitably impressed. Purchasing a gift for my young god-daughter is certainly not my area of expertise so I was relieved to find this site.
