Very bad transaction, stock problems after purchasing item
I purchased the go pro camera at the weekend, by Wednesday I received a email to say my item was not available do to stock problems! Disappointed as I'd already purchased a case and spare battery for the go pro.

Package arrived very quickly.Baselayers were correct size and colour and at a great price.E-mail from Ellis-Brigham to say parcel dispatched,then e-mail and txt from courier to tell me what time and day delivery would take place.Just brillant customer service.

Fantastic Service
Ordered a pair of walking boots for my husband which, after ordering, found out that they were the wrong size. I emailed Ellis Brigham and they sorted it out and changed my order so the correct size was sent out. Excellent customer service and very quick delivery. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service
I ordered some walking shoes which arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately they didn't fit properly, so I used the returns service which was good, apart from the time slot 9 to 5.30. When they were delivered, they gave me a one hour time slot, which was great. I had a very prompt and courteous refund. So all in all an excellent service and would recommend.

Excellent Service for reasonably priced product
I normally bumy Smartwool Socks from GoOutdoors but it would appear that, for whatever reason, they are no longer stocking them. The socks themselves as a product are excellent but are quite pricey so it was good to be able to purchase them at a discount.
Mail Order is always a bit of a gamble around delivery but the socks arrived well within the delivery schedule and it was great to have notification from the Royal Mail that they had been received at the Sorting Office and were due to be delivered that day.
I will certainly use the company again

I was wanting a gift voucher for £30 bot this was unavailable online so just ordered one for £10 and one for £20 . I was telephoned the following day by very friendly lady asking if I would prefer just one for £30. Arrived very promptly after that. 10/10.

Excellent Service and Price
Great prices in the mid season sale but best of all was the delivery service. I was notified of the delivery date well in advance by text and given the option to choose an alternative date or delivery to a neighbour. On the morning of delivery I received a text with a one-hour delivery window which was spot on by the minute. This really took the hassle out of delivery for me.

Ordered these trousers online as not got my size in local shops and there are 26 outdoor clothing shops in Keswick! Arrived by Royal Mail and informed by email the day of delivery AND when it had actually been delivered. Beautifully wrapped, albeit just a pair of walking trousers! So much care and attention paid to everything.

Do what they say but don't appear to go the extra mile
Trustworthy, easy system, straightforward but despatch within 3-5 days is all a bit year 2000. Should be able to act quicker in this day and age.
The use of Interlink for parcel delivery is good as they use the Predict parcel management system, keeping you informed of when the delivery will take place down to the one hour delivery spot.

Just brilliant
Went online and saw some walking shoes for travelling that I liked. Went into a store and got some excellent advice. Bought them online after email conversation with someone from customer service because my vouchers weren't working. Got the shoes a couple of days later. Smooth process, great service, great staff, great store. Definitely will use again and recommend to friends.
