very fast and reliable delivery - you do pay for it though!
Not the most competitive, but very reliable and fast delivery service. This said, when spending over £100 I would normally expect free delivery. On this occasion Ellis Brigham were the only people I could find stocking the item I was after so shopping around wasn't an option.

Great experience!
Great service from Ellis Brigham, delivery as promised, got both text and emails to let me know when the delivery would be made and the parcel was delivered on time. Will certainly check back there the next time I need some gear.

Good and fast feedback and customer care.
In my opinion the ordering process is easy to understand and not too complicated. The feedback when you complete the order is very fast. I just rated the page with 4 stars because the order didn't go through automatically because the adress on the credit card was not the same like the shipping adress. For this I had to send an email to confirm the order. I think that this happens in a lot of cases and you can avoid this.

The most efficient web sight so far,goods clearly displayed, 24 hour service!!
Although signing on appeared to be a bit drawn out I very much appreciate the need for security. The web sight is clear and easy to use, and that's from an inexperienced silver surfer, I was also delighted to receive the ordered item the very next morning.

I had looked all over for a company who stocked Sherpa products. They're not easy to come by and i was really chuffed to find Ellis Brigham stocked their stuff as they have a shop nearby to me at Castleford Xscape. It came through the post in the time they said it would and i'm delighted with it.

Good service but needs better delivery options
Quick service with overseas delivery to Australia - I was advised to request Royal Mail rather than the expensive courier delivery- then my card would be reimbused later. It would be much easier to have RM as a standard option- who wants to pay £80 for delivery?

Good description, excellent price, fast delivery!
We needed a birthday present for our Daughter's Fiancé and were able to search for the snow boarders gloves we knew he used. We found them at Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports, ordered and within 48 hours they had arrived! Brilliant well done! It was even more important as they live in Zurich and we visiting us in the UK in a couple of days that they were delivered promptly......it worked!

Easy to use and fast delivery
Bought last minute ski goggles and gloves for my Dad's birthday - arrived within 48 hours of purchase and items of high quality. Would be good to have more accurate delivery dates i.e. 1, 2, 3+ days to deliver so I could plan when someone needed to be at home to receive.

I just made a purchase on line of two items from Ellis Brigham. I ordered the goods on Monday and received them in Malta on Friday.

Wanted it, you got it, so I bought it!
I was after a particular Scarpa walking boot. Tried the usually shop and the on-line shops, who either did not stock or did not have anyway.
You came up on Google, so went in and you had just what I wanted.
Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick.
Really impressed and will use again.

First Class
Apart from the great Salomon jacket, what really impressed me was that even though I only used the standard post option, i got an email to say what time (within an hour) it would be delivered. And it was! None of this 'waiting in all day ' for the courier!!!

Great product, not happy with delivery company.
Bought a great pair of The North Face shoes, should have included a free pair of socks.
When I telephoned to inform them socks had not been included they were great no problem and a pair of very good quality socks arrived quickly.
My only hassle is with he delivery company, they sent lots of mobile messages to say when they were going to deliver, the time date everything. Sat at home waiting, waiting, waiting, another mobile message to say I wasn't at home couldn't deliver parcel. Telephoned them to say that was RUBBISH I had been at home waiting, no one called, they said the delivery man had left a card, I have no card, obviously went to the wrong address!!
Finally arrived next day, so just make sure if you are waiting at home for a parcel from this delivery company, it might be a problem.

Effortless
Mate, it was so easy it bordered on the patronising! I never had to lift a finger, was informed by text at every stage of the delivery and got the goods pronto, wish every company and their delivery wonks were as good. Nice one.

Incomplete order sent which resulted in a trip to the store to collect
I ordered snowboard bindings and although they arrived quickly, the box only contained one binding. This resulted in a call to the the mail order department who discovered that it had been sent from a store quite local to me so I had to go and collect the missing one. This was inconvenient and defeated the object of making an on line order and paying postage.

Ordered late at night dispatched the next day. Confirmation of delivery time and date within within an hour by text lots of opportunities to change delivery time and date.

Unfortunately, the wrong product was sent and had to be returned.
I ordered the T Shirt from Ellis Brigham because they had the blue T shirt with white edging and because I didn't want the blue T shirt with orange edging. Unfortunately, the wrong version was sent.
Fortunately I've had positive purchases from Ellis Brigham in the past and recently, so I expect this to be a one off problem.
