I ordered these boots and they appeared a couple of days later. They were well packed and I am delighted with them. Thank you Ellis Brighman Mountain Sports. Now all I need is the snow, if you could send some you would get a 6th star!
I ordered two of the 'classic' Arc'teryx beanies in different colours because I love them (and you can never have enough) but instead I only got one, and a different style beanie as a replacement for an allegedly out of stock item. But this wasn't made clear either beforehand nor on delivery note, so it looked like a mistake (they're still advertising the so-called out of stock item on 1 Nov 13). I phoned, was given a 10% discount for my trouble but since that was actually the price difference (the replacement was cheaper) it all looked a bit grudging. So not massively happy with service but I love the classic beanie...
Ordered gore tex Burton gloves in medium.
Arrived very quick.
I needed to change the gloves from medium to large. (My fault), so sent them back for exchange. I received the replacement very quickly.
From start to finish, the whole process was the quickest i have ever encountered. About four days including exchange. Also you can track delivery literally to the minute. Best I've ever seen.
As always the quality was first class.

I had very specific questions regarding an online purchase. A salesperson at the Covent Garden store very patiently sought the information I required. Two other vendors did not have the information I required and were unwilling to take the time to get it. As I result I made my purchase of a pair of ski boots for my daughter with Ellis Brigham. This allowed me to insure I was purchasing exactly what I needed and left nothing to chance... no time wasted. The boots arrived and are precisely the right fit, flex, etc.
I ordered a ski jacket for my other half. It arrived very quickly and he was really pleased with it. Not sure if it was the right decision though as I'm already a ski widow and I think it might get worse now he's got his new jacket!
The jacket looks great and fits well (Spyder Leader). First time i've used the website but would definitely shop here again.

Order placed on 20/11/13 - still not received - ordered as a christmas present for my father in law who is going away on 30/11/13 until January 2014 - has not arrived in time for me to give to him - have wrapped up an "I Owe you" note........very disappointed
Bought a pair of snowboarding boots, size on website was stated as a us 11.5, as I am from scotland I have no idea what a us 11.5 is in uk sizes, so I checked the size chart displayed next to boots I was purchasing, which stated a us 11.5 is a uk 11, but to my dismay, when the boots arrived, both the box and boots stated that the us 11.5 is actually a uk 10.5, which is too small. Meaning I had to return the boots, at first the adviser on the phone told me I could get a refund but, not only would they not refund the original postage, but I also had to pay to return them. A slightly heated conversation with a manager and telling them that I would NOT have originally bought them had they had advertised the correct size, I was offered a courier to return them for free and coulf have a full refund! But turns out when I got refund, i only recieved the money for boots and not postage. So basically im out of money for their mistake. Please check sizes before buying.
Ellis Brigham despatched promptly and I received notification from Interlink Express that they would deliver on the Monday. As I was not going to be home on that day I requested delivery on the Tuesday. This was confirmed by Interlink Express. Tuesday arrived but my package didn't. When I rang Interlink Express on the Tuesday it appears they had forgotten to put it out for delivery! This was the first of two non-deliveries from Interlink Express in two days!!
I placed an order on 18 November, paid by credit card and received an email saying I would receive the goods within 3 to 5 days. After 3 days I had an email saying the item wasn't is stock an the central warehouse, and it was being obtained from a store. After 3 further days I was told that it wasn't available in any of their stores. They clearly have useless stock systems, are slow to action orders, take money for goods they don't have and are therefore an unreliable Internet vendor. However, I have been buying items from their MK store the last few weeks and the service has been superb. Big letdown - I'll go elsewhere in future.
I was amazed at how quickly my snowboarding suit arrived, particularly as I live in Jersey. The discount (sales) as awesome and the VAT was taken off at point of sales, making it really easy to purchase and great value. Postage to 'the rock' is normally so slow, but this came in record speed.

I spoke to someone at one of the shops and they were very helpful.
I ordered two different styles and one of them was perfect.
As we live in the Channel Islands they automatically deducted the VAT which is a big plus as some companies don't.
The parcel arrived quickly and when I sent the second pair back they sent me an email to say they had received it and had given me a refund.
You find the jacket you need, you select in on the web, you pay and WOOPS in comes your top quality jacket. So easy, so simple and so fast!!!

Particularly like the parcel tracking and you could see exactly where the driver was and how long until your delivery. Goods arrived in perfect condition. All very civilised. Better than waiting in an endless queue.
Disappointed my order wasn't delivered to my door as three of us were in and waiting. It was delivered to a "neighbour" a quarter of a mile away and I had to go and get it in really foul weather. As I'd paid almost £4 for delivery, and arranged to be in to sign for it at the time alloted I think it should have been delivered to me.
Apart from that I am very pleased with my merino wool base layer. It does tend to bag and lose its shape a bit after wear, but is blissfully warm and comfortable.
After browsing the net for "North Face Dry Flow" I found Ellis Brigham had a remarkable offer which seemed to good to be true. It was true and the service I received was timely and synonymous with a quality Brand like Ellis Brigham. Full marks on all fronts... A Big thank you!
Recommended by my daughter in law - she enjoyed wearing her boots and was thinking of replacing them this year. She thought they were of excellent quality and a very fair price.
I have had an excellent shopping experience with this shop. I will certainly shop there again if I need something. Very quick delivery was a good feature too. This shop provided the best price for my garment by a long way.
I ordered a snowboard during the summer sales, but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. I immediately got in contact with a customer service rep to sort something out, and he promised to get back to me ASAP. As things turned out, 5 months later, my replacement deck is on the way. It was not that the customer service rep didn't want to help, but rather that he seems quite inept. I basically had to send a reminder, or call every few weeks to get him to do something. I just hope this deck makes it in one piece, so I don't have to do it over again.
Easy shopping experience. One of the products I ordered was already sold out while I finished the order. But they gave me a little discount and the opportunity to choose something else. Very nice gesture indeed. Quick and polite responses and overall a good experience.
