Good service, quick shipping.
Good Service, quick shipping. Would be nice if I could allocate a specific date on which to receive the goods. Or maybe an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched. Also it might be nice to offer more emergency equipment/courses/links to other related services. The service of Emergencyfoodstorage.co.uk has improved significantly over the past months, keep it up!

Easy purchase - Great customer service - Fast delivery.
*HOT CAN* meals are hot, tastey and simple to use. Although In my opinion they are expensive for the volume of food in each tin, at least you don't have to worry about the "use by" date (5 years). A great solution for an emergency food supply and very handy to keep in the car (with a spoon), incase you are stranded on the road overnight.

Reliable Service

Food delivered to someone elses address
I was sent an email that my food could not be delivered on the Thurs but they would get it to me on Friday, I waited all Friday, nothing. I emailed them on Saturday asking if I could expect delivery and then was called and told that it had been delivered to me on Friday and it was signed for?
I knew I was home all day and that none of my neighbours had signed for it but as a last resort I went and checked the basement flat in our building block and it had been delivered to a builder there who perhaps thought it was building supplies. Unfortunately now that neighbour knows I have emergency food and they will be knocking (hopefully just knocking) on my door in an emergency.
On the positive side & why it is 3 stars and not 1/2 is because I was called on the weekend when I sent the email by someone at the company who attempted to go through the situation & sort it out which is better than just email contact and also better than a no weekend response and only getting feedback on Monday.
Would I use them again? Probably the delivery problems are mainly the fault of whoever the courier company was.

Excellent Dried Food
The Tins and Pouches are perfect for long term storage as they do not take up as much room as tinned food and need minimal rotation, with 25 year shelf life for the tins i can store and forget and use the pouches for the car , helping neighbors if needed and camping

The difference between living and survival.....budget crisis famin drought and flood
THE nutshell is above and you can have it even without nuts
BUT i wish there was more choice of singly or 2 or 3 or 6 packs of selected veg
but some dont see corn and sunflower allergy until its too late
add in fish and egg and mustard allergy
and need rice for the gluten free carb
and you have an easy cook diet.....
it just has to be right for you or even with food you need time to recover !

lightening fast service
The options to choose from were plenty full and to suit any size of family. I ordered it in the afternoon and the whole 3 month pack arrived at 10.00 next day.
When i opened the box, I was impressed with the contents and pleasantly surprised to see the small size of the box. Easy to manage and store.

Fantastic products very fast delivery. A small glitch on the website did not allow a differant delivery address, but an email from the sales manager soon sorted this out. Prices on the products were very reasonable and I will deffinatly order again from this site. Would love to see delivery charges listed on the product page or have set delivery prices rather than working it out at time of check out, but a small matter which shoud not put anybody off. Great service thank you.

dissapointed with the state of the box when it arrived. was torn and one of the tins were dented. please DO NOT have your website printed on the outside of the box. some people do not want their neighbours knowing they have ordered from you.

Quick service; non-discrete boxes
I was impressed with the choice available and the speed with which the order was fulfilled (3 working days from placing order).
However the negative is the boxes which the items are delivered in are not plain but do have the EmergencyFoodStorage logo and website address on. As I was not in at delivery time my order was left by the courier with a neighbour who kindly accepted it for me.
Whilst this may not appear to be a big issue, I want privacy surrounding deliveries, especially ones like this. If you had ordered gold on the internet would you write on the package "look huge gold bar inside"? No, didn't think so!

Reliable service - would definitely recommend
With this being my first order with Emergency Food Storage.co.uk, I rang them with a list of questions about the products, price and delivery. There were a couple of things that the person I spoke to was unable to answer exactly, so he arranged for me to be called back promptly. I was - from America - and given all the help I needed. The goods were delivered in excellent condition and precisely when promised. I do not hesitate in recommending them and will certainly place future orders with them.

Service & Responce to problems was good
Your service was fine and when some bent tins appeared upon arrival (one posibley punctured) you replaced it with no difficulties or delays.
However may we suggest that given the issue of longivity and that the tins will always occasionally get bent or punctured - that you better reduce this possibility by more substantual bubble wrap packing or something simular to protect the cans. A puncture in a creased tin is not always so easily detectable. It also looks bad but more importantly could seriously affect the extended life of it's contents. - Hope that helps

As Church members we are counselled to have an Emergency Pack
available in the event of the need to leave home at short notice perhaps for short periods of time, due to natural disasters. This seems to be the only firm catering specifically for this requirement on the internet.

A good deal for main a meal
I found the website clear and comprehensive. The various meals appear to be appetising and well balanced nutritionally. As I have bought them for emergencies, they will stay packed up as I received them until required. Those I purchased have a shelf-life of around five years, so failing emergencies in that period, my wife and I will sample them at the dinner table in a few years time!
