excellent overall service and quick communication and delivery

Just an excellent service that I can count on if I want a product for the weekend. Delivery and communication is always fast. The only thing I am not a fan of is the fact that all parcels need to be signed for and there is no option to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed. Other than that, excellent.

Very easy shopping

Most items are very casual. I understand that this is the strong point of End Clothing, but nice to have a bit more choices of formal wears such as jackets&coats. Generally, it's very good shop!

Fantastic website- free delivery and returns makes it even better. The only criticism is that it would be better to have some photos of a model wearing the clothes as this gives a better idea of the fit. Cheers End!

Great experience. Poor postage costs.

The website is set up for easy use, the delivery was very quick. However I believe the postage cost to be unreasonable. When paying £95 for an item postage should be free. For example, size give free postage over orders of £70.

All orders of £140 or more automatically qualify for free next working day delivery. Orders under £140 are charged a flat rate of £4.50 which we recently reduced from £4.95. This is a next working day service and our customers receive a text and email confirming a 1 hour delivery window so they can plan around this. Should they wish to amend the delivery day or address they can do so by responding to the text or email without having to call. We are always looking to improve the shopping experience on our site and as such have recently implemented free return postage on all UK orders regardless of value. Great shop, top brands, good customer service and quick delivery

It's a good site, and has some really nice stuff. Some it might be a bit too expensive for my taste but a lot of it is affordable. Can't complain, everytime I've used the site there's been no hiccups and the only time they couldn't fulfill my order I was give £10 store credit. Which I totally forgot about until I made my next order! The only niggle is that the Norse Projects t-shirt I bought appears to have shrunk, despite following the washing instructions to the letter. But that isn't End Colthing's fault. All in all very impressed.

Good service

Would always reccomend End for clothing and shoes but the delivery arrived a day late this time which probably wasnt their fault but hence why only got 4 stars.

Excellent but not happy with delivery

Service are excellent, fast response and fast dispatched time.

However I still not able to receive my product ordered two weeks ago.
DPD service is uncontrollable, I can not make a precise time to fit with my time slot.
Some they delivered in the early morning, sometime late afternoon. Cannot predict.
Even the collection centre is far away where I live, not feasible to attempt to collect myself. Still arranging delivery anyway.

Will prefer a delivery option like royal mail when buying.

Excellent

The End is a great online clothing company!

Good but glad returning an item is easy.

Happy with everything, just had one shirt that was listed as a large but actually a medium that I have had to return.

Very smooth and great products

I bought two pairs of trainers and they were delivered with no fuss in good time.
