Slick and hassle-free service.
Based on my recent shopping experience with End, I recommend it without hesitation. I am really pleased with my APC New Standard jeans, they fit and feel great. Good understated quality, style not bling, but I have to admit that part of their appeal is that they're not for sale on the high streets of the UK.

Great magazine but cost £5 to deliver.
The magazine is excellent but charging £5 to deliver one magazine is too expensive.

Air max hyperfuse delivered at hyperspeed!
Perfect, if you're on the look out for new gear and no fuss, check out this lot! Ordered trainers lunch time Friday and they were on my feet by breakfast on Saturday!

Great.
Great customer service, fast shipping, but the box of the shoes was a bit damaged (more bubble wrap would have solved that). The new system where things actually release at 12 o clock is very good as I was extremely disappointed with the messed up flyknit htm release. The website was quite laggy but I guess that is to be expected.

Good product - POOR DELIVERY TIME!
Got no issue with the product i purchased, came wrapped well and in perfect condition.
but due to the bank holiday weekend, i ordered these trainers friday mid day around 11/12 and they said they were dispatched around 2, I PAID EXTRA, for guaranteed saturday delivery because of the bank holiday.
and i later got an email from end saying they wouldn't be delivered to the tuesday..
so i have paid for a service i haven't received!
i'm a local person, if you added a pick up in store option i could easily picked it up for free and when i could.
I buy stuff from end weekly, and would like to know why i didn't receive what i paid for.

Late delivery
When I placed my order I was only presented with 1 option for delivery,this was to pay £4.75 for next day delivery.i placed my order on a thurs night and didnt receive it till the tues.

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the delivery service you received. As your order was placed at 17:50 on Thursday evening it missed our 4pm cut-off point for delivery Friday. Your order was completed the following morning and collected by our courier the same day. Due to the recent Bank Holiday Monday the next available delivery day was Tuesday. Our delivery terms and conditions are highlighted on the website to make our customers aware of when they can expect to receive their goods when ordering. We also offer Saturday Guaranteed delivery from 6pm Thursday which is not affected by Bank Holidays. Great site and an even better service.
I love the End Clothing site as it always has something fresh and intriguing on it. What i love more is the quality of service. I've ordered a couple of items in the past that have required a size exchange. This process could not be simpler and the staff could not be more helpful.

Outstanding Service
I can't recommend End highly enough. Not only did I get my product at an awesome price. I paid a small delivery charge and my parcel turned up the very next day. I was updated at each stage of my order and was given a tracking number. Fabulous service. I'll definitely shop here again. Thank you :-)

Service was great. Product quality not as good as supposed.
The shoes were in fact too wide for me. The price was fine.
But the quality (delivered with some smaller scratches and little failures around the bottom) was a little bit disappointing.
The service was great – very friendly and quick.

Ordered my jacket on Thursday at 3pm and it arrived the next morning...
Really helpful phone support as I had trouble registering and ordering online... The lady I spoke to was really helpful and made sure I got my jacket the next day even tho this was the Thursday afternoon before a bank holiday.. Awesome service. Thank you!

Excellent service levels
Goods arrived within a couple of days. They were well packaged and there is no problem in returning anything that is unsuitable. The fact that you can take them to a shop and just return them is excellent.

Lightning quick service and great products
Customer service was really great seeing as i was quite difficult!
I had to return all of the 4 items I bought as 3 werent quite right and the 4th needed to be a different size. Refund was done quickly and without fuss and the exchange item was swapped and back to me by return of post. Can't recommend highly enough and will be back.

Quick service
Really good for buying/ delivery/ return and getting refund. The backpack I bought didn't fit my 15inch laptop with was a decider for me. I called and asked if it would fit a laptop and the answer was yes. Should have asked for what size computer. Didn't see this information in the description at the webpage. Other than that the site has tons of great items!

Throwback!
The Reebok Pump Twilight Zone is blast from the past! So glad I got them, while almost everybody is wearing expensive overpriced Air Jordans, these Reebok will make you stand out from the crowd, be a leader not a follower! These shoes were made famous by the “Human Highlight Reel” Dominique Wilkins as well as many other superstars of the late ’80s and early ’90s who made the switch from Air Jordans to Reebok Pump. Im a dj in London, and for my gigs, I wore them during the May Bank Holiday and I seriously forgot how many times people asked me where I bought them. Def my buy of the year!!!

Good product poor delivery
Bought many items always had excellent service. Seems they have changed courier. Paid for a delivery described as next day. Got an email saying item was dispatched and the earliest it could be delivered was 2 days later.

Slickest online menswear retailer I've dealt with - transactions , delivery , returns sorted uber fast..simply superb.
Brilliant range of stock , fast , efficient comms all the way - love the text messaging which keps you informed of delivery status - returns dealt with very quickly too . I've dealt with lots of the on line boys ..Mr Porter etc..although they are good they don't get near The End for service , speed and efficiency - Brilliant !
