the best place to get advice on energy and supply companys i would say thats the best way to get the best advice, they seem to have a very good database of current charges and the best place to go
After avoiding ringing energy companies direct to prevent being stuck on the phone for hours, I came across Energy Advice Line. At first I was apprehensive that the help given and signing up to get cheaper energy deals through energy advice line was actually going to be free. But not only was they free, they saved me a lot of money! They gave me free advice on the best deals and even set up my new contract for me.
Down to earth customer service without being hassled into deals or having to fight to speak, they made me feel comfortable and as if my interest was best at heart not them trying to con money out of me.
Now that I have saved money for my company using Energy Advice Line, I will be sure to use them when I move into my new home too!
I initially visited the website which was easy to use. I then received my requested call back from Craig Shepherd at Energy Advice and he guided me through the setting up process explaining everything as we went through. I was really happy with the outcome as Craig was able to achieve savings in comparison to my current contracts. I will definitely be contacting Craig again for other blocks we manage where we have Landlords supplies. Thanks for the great service and a really good deal.

I was looking for a saving for my tennis club's electricity renewal and came upon Energy Advice Line. We are on a small business tariff. I put in a request for an on-line quote, not expecting anything much better than the renewal proposal from my current supplier, and was quite amazed at what is available, and we are talking from the big 6 here.

With the energy situation as it is at present trying to get the best deal for oneself is like going into a minefield so your site was a great help to just input information and the response nearly immediate to show the savings that could be made. We immediately signed up to your recommended supplier giving a near 30% savings against our existing supplier.
I also deal with Craig at Energy Advice Line because he is knowledgeable, really helpful and very efficient. I trust that he will find me the best deal and offer me the best advice.

Energy Advice Line has proved to be an efficient trustworthy organisation. The operators are friendly appear knowledgeable, this year William dealt with our account and in just one phone call from me he had everything set up and ready to go. I would recommend the service to others.
Having been put onto an out of contract rate by British Gas for both utilities and unable to resolve this with them I needed to change suppliers quickly to avoid paying too much for any longer than necessary. Craig was quick and efficient in getting me transferred to a new supplier. Great.

I spoke today to Craig today from Energy advice Line and after a few minutes we had sorted out our electricity needs for the next two years. It was easy and quite painless. I would recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic service from my adviser, William Cooper (no relation), who found the best deal to suit my companies needs and explained everything clearly. We are now sorted out for the next 3 years on a fixed rate so can budget accordingly.
They provided good advice and were very courteous.
Craig was very helpful, rang back on several occasions (as calls clashed with appointments etc.) without complaint. Went through all of the options by telephone and then e-mailed the options through as well. Took time to ensure that I understood the options and the process, and half way through the sign up for the new contract allowed me (and indeed encouraged me) to telephone the existing supplier to check on a point before proceeding so that I was confident that there would be no difficulties.
Unlike other salesmen, was not over-pushy. New contract should save me about £300+ per annum. Very pleased that Craig took the time to call as otherwise I would have missed the date for cancelling the contract and would have been tied in for another year at greater expense! Thank you!
I rang Craig Shepherd this morning following a reminder email from him as our fixed electricity contract was up for renewal. After an efficient check of competitor prices he recommended a 3 year deal, thus securing our prices. The whole process took 20 minutes and by the end a new contract was signed, he'd sent me a copy of the termination I then posted to my current supplier......deal done and dusted. Couldn't have been more easy!

THEY WERE PLAIN SPEAKING. NO FOREIGN JARGON .GAVE ME THE PRICES LENGTH OF CONTRACTS AND I WAS NOT RAIL ROADED IN ANY DIRECTION

AT LAST WE ARE LEAVING BRITISH GAS.

Energy Advice Line saved our charity money last year as they confirmed that our contract with CNG was for 24 months whereas CNG were trying to say it was only for 12 months. Again William has been able to give us a better price for electricity than Scottish Power were offering when our contract finished.
They explain everything to you and it takes from start to finish approx 15 mins and you have a much cheaper energy quote they also help with sending the email to cancel your existing provider which is a great help.
Dealt with Craig Sheperd and I felt that I was in good hands. EAL make it easy to change suppliers. I think all I had to do was send off 1 form to terminate my existing contract ( sent by e mail from EAL) sign it and a 10 minute phone conversation to confirm new contact. That's it for another 4 years!
I have used Energyadviceline before on 2 occasions and have always had a smooth transition between suppliers. Very important when running your own business.

We were contacted in good time for renewal of our contract. Considering the complexity of these things, energyadvice line really made it all quite simple. The contact, Joe, was really helpful and efficient.
William Cooper was really helpful. He was very friendly and put me at ease. He was able to come up with a much better gas price that we had been given by our existing suppliers. Furthermore, Energy Advice Line will do the "behind the scenes" work. I am confident in using Energy Advice Line.
