ex-seeded expectation
I'd been looking for ages for wild flower seeds but couldn't find what I wanted. Found this website and there on the first page was exactly what I wanted, in fact more than, I had the dilemma then of choosing just what I wanted. So much available and in so many "packs". I ordered and sat back to wait delivery, not expecting anything very quickly, 2 days later an email "we will despatch tomorrow". 2 days after that the seeds were there, very very impressed. Also a free packet of Columbine seeds which co-incidently was the other choice I was humming and hahing about. Will definarely use again

Great Job
My order was acknowledged immediately and it was confirmed by email that the item was, as advertised, out of stock but that I would receive it in a couple of weeks. I was contacted again by Teresa (a gem, i think) as soon as it arrived to say it was being dispatched 1st class post that day. It arrived the next. Excellent product, excellent service.

Hello Mr Baugh, Thank you for reviewing. However, that's not quite the case. The Gromats were advertised on our site with a note in bold letters saying that we were temporarily out of stock and that if you ordered, to please bear in mind the delay. When stock arrived the manufacturer had not sent the full amount we ordered so I then emailed waiting customers of that fact and that more were due in some time in May. The small amount of Gromats we were sent were despatched to customers in order of receipt of order until we ran out.
Customers still waiting, like yourself, were then sent another email apologising for a further delay, which was out of our control.
Therefore, we can supply what was advertised, there is just a bit of a wait - which is exactly what our website advised. We try to get all orders out asap - usually within a week. When we are dependent on suppliers this sometimes (rarely) is not possible - but we do advise if there is a wait and do not put products on the website that we can't supply. We have now taken the Gromats off the website until we have a clear delivery date from the manufacturer. Teresa

HI Delia, The Trustpilot emails are automatically sent 7 days after the order is placed, by which time orders have been despatched to customers. This time the Gromat situation has put paid to that! The manufacturer tells me we should have a delivery of some of the new stock this week so fingers crossed I will be able to email you soon with a delivery date! Teresa

What a super experience!
My order arrived on time, well packaged and with clear instructions that even the most amateur gardner would find easy to follow and informative. I loved the historical info about my plants and how to deal with them in all circumstances. Luckily I was able to plant my bluebells straight away so am now sitting back and waiting for them to appear!

I had been searchind for a meadow mat as a present for a friend.I ordered it,but was told there would be a delay as they were out of stock but would be delivered in april. I just don't DIG it anymore!
Last year I tried out this new 'thing' - a gromat. Wow...no digging, just an easy way of growing a massive display of the most beautiful, colourful array of wild flowers. You can cut the mat, which has hundreds of seeds embedded within, to any shape you wish.
This year I bought two gromats - one is going in the front garden for all to see. Our neighbour is interested. A good product never fails.
This company is good.

Hello Mr Chambers, thank you for taking the time to review. I just wanted to point out to potential future customers that orders are sent as soon as humanly possible after the order is received! In Mr Chambers' case Gromats were ordered - we have had a massive demand for these and ran out before more could be made and stocks replenished. The expected delivery date is on the website so people are aware of the delay when ordering. good seed, more info needed
quality seeds but i would like more info on the seed packets concerning best times to plant, height, flowering times etc etc, i did my research so have this info but im sure others would appreciate it. postage a bit on the slow side but im knit picking now, all in all good service.

Hello Mr McCarthy, sorry you weren't completely happy. The website does give very detailed information on each plant species which can be downloaded and printed off. This would also tell you the flowering times, height etc. You should have received a general sowing instructions leaflet with your seeds - if that was omitted then I apologise and please let me know and I will email you one. If you still need further info I can also email you details of the species you ordered. Regarding slow delivery - your order was received on the 17th (a Sunday afternoon) and send out first class on the Wednesday. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible but there are only so many hours in the day and this time of year is very busy - at least you didn't have to wait the 28 days some websites quote!
