From Great to the Worst
Envato used to be fantastic! I bought many themes and stock items from them.
Then, seemingly overnight, everything changed. I lost access to a theme I purchased, and lost a client because of this. I contacted Envato for a refund, and it took them about 2.5 weeks to respond with an answer that had nothing to do with my request.
I replied to that, clarifying.
It's been another 2.5 weeks, and I've heard nothing from them.
It's clear how they view their customers, if they won't respond. It's clear how they view their products, if they won't back them with support.
Absolute garbage. I will NOT be using them again. The internet is a big place, but they still manage to convince me that they offer the worst customer service around.
