Would highly recommend Envirfone to anyone! Very easy to use and they provide all the correct information to hel you sell your phone, I recieved my pack within 2 days of selling my phone, I sent it away and was emailed 48hrs later notifying me that they were goin transfer my money asap, the money was then in my back account the next day. Customer service is brilliant, they send you regular reminder emails to send them your handset before the price decreases (which i thought was fantastic) I would recommend Envirofone to anyone! it is now my 7th time i have used them and will continue to!

Quick and brilliantly easy

First of all I thought about selling my iPhone 4 to someone I knew but it was very scratched and scuffed and I knew it would be hard to sell, and I probably wouldn't get much money for it. My brother told me to sell it to Envrofone, so I went on their site and got a quick and easy quote of £100.11, which was much more than I expected. I entered my bank details and address and the next day I received a pack, with all the info I needed and a free post label. I live in Macclesfield so instead of posting it they were more than happy for me to take it to the warehouse directly. I handed it over on the Monday, on the Tuesday I received an email to tell me my device had passed testing and the money was in my account by Friday. 10/10!!! :D

Brilliant service, does what it says on the tin!
I received the pre paid pack within days and was kept up to date with where my order was and when I would be receiving payment. The payment went through with no problems, which I expected and had heard about other companies creating problems with phones, thus only part-paying. I would recommend envirofone to anyone, although I would say don't wait because the price will go down as time goes on.

Simple & Effective
This was a great service, within 2 weeks; i'd checked the value of my phone, received and used the guide on how to securly wipe all my personal data from the device, sent it off and received my cheque! The longes part was waiting for the cheque to clear. I'll definatly use the system again. Thanks Envirophone.

Nothing but praise following a seamless, communicative process.
An excellent service provided by Envirofone that was not only seamless but also had the added value of being kept informed of progress throughout the process. From despatch of phones to receipt of cheque was just 9 days, the process included e-mails to confirm when the cheque was to be despatched and when it was actually sent.

I never thought that my mobile phone would be worth very much, so when I did
upgrade, I thought I would just put it in the drawer, however I decided to check
Envirofone, and was really pleased and surprised at the price they offered me.
I accepted, the envelope came the next day, I sent it off and the money was in

I wanted to sell my phone due to me getting a new one with my new contract, My daughter recommended Envirofone to me and to be honest I really didn't know what to do or expect, I went online to the website and just followed the instructions which were really easy. I got sent a envelope and instructions two days later and I sent my phone off the following day. Enjvirofone kept me informed via email when they received it and if it passed etc and told me the exact date the money would be in my bank account, and true to their word , it was. I was very impressed.

Really easy and simple!

Simple and efficient approach to recycling your phone
I found the Envirofone process to be extremely simple and understandable. I received a quick quote, promptly sent the material (including envelope inclusive of postage) and had my expectations set in terms of the availability of the quote. The literature was easy to follow and I quickly sent my phone off for assessment. This process was again done promptly and I received my cheque in no time.
