I didn't get the agreed price and over a week later my cheque hasn't arrived
I agreed on 40 pounds for my phone. Due to illness I wasn't able to make the post office to post my phone on time and they deducted money off the 40 pounds for being late. I got an email over a week ago to say my phone has been accepted and the cheque was on its way and it still hasn't arrived.

We allow 14 days for customers to get their phones in to us, but we can also extend this by a further 7 days if required. Unfortunately your phone took 29 days to get to us so there was no way that we could extend the trade any further. We do state clearly that there is a time limit with getting phones in to us and if a phone arrives late, the current website price will apply.
According to our records your cheque was sent out on the 17/10/13. If you have not received this, please contact customer services on 01625 667840 and we will be happy to send out a replacement.
