I wish they would practice what they preach. They do not read emails properly, resulting in a generic response. I will never deal with this company ever again nor recommend to anyone. I did contact environfone and complained through the proper channels... Forget it they are un professional.
They reply with a load of crap.
I have escalated it within check end and I have proof it's my possession.. Scammers I will report it as stolen myself in that case....
I had proof of all my items arriving at your centre it took you more than a week to accept one of them had arrived...
You have no defence your scammers!!

Unfortunately your phone has been given a red flag which means that we cannot return or process the phone until its been removed. If the phone belongs to you then you should be able to contact you network provider and get them to remove the block for you and this should not take more than a couple of days to be done. If it looks like it might take longer than it should, you need to email CheckMEND and ask them to escalate your query. This means that we would then be able to put your phone on hold here whilst the issue is resolved. Unfortunately we cannot legally return the phone to you whilst the red flag is still on it
