Abysmal customer service, long delays in repair, do not touch!

Our boiler has broken down twice over the last 5 weeks. On the first occasion it took 2 weeks to repair, with 3 rearranged appointments by Eon with no real apology and very lame excuses - said they couldn't get parts that our plumber said were readily available on a daily basis. Now we are having to wait for a period of 6 days for an appointment for the same problem. They are not interested that we had a 90 year old staying with us and that we have young grandchildren staying. Please avoid if you value your sanity. BEWARE.
