Great seller- customer communication
The service is really good. Even though they ran out of stock of the bag I wanted (hence they are losing a star) , they actually called to inform that the item I ordered was not in stock any more and offered an alternative, which was in the end a nicer colour than the one I originally ordered. It took about two days after my conversation with the customer service to receive my new bag. The shop does look after their customers.

Great Bag and Service
Haven't used the bag yet but it is well constructed and sturdy. It looks like a quality item and I particularly like that I can fold my shirts and trousers in the lower section and they, I imagine, wont get creased due to the bag's firm base and ends. Really quick delivery too.

worst online experience ever
called to make sure in stock, get guaranteed by a staff the bag will arrive by nest Wed, and then Paid on a thursday. Then two weeks later I got a email telling me the bag just been posted. And I called to express my anger but they just rudely cancelled my order!!!

Took 30 hours to tell me "OUT OF STOCK"
Purchased bag 1pm on Monday & received email to confirm the order. Received telephone call 6pm Tuesday to advise that my chosen colour option was out of stock. Made a second colour choice & the bag was delivered on Thursday. Not the best buying experience & would have cancelled to purchased elsewhere if more notice had been given.

Made great efforts to find the right product.
It took me 18 months to choose exactly the right rucksack to use for both work and leisure. However, once I had submitted my order, customer services contacted me to let me know that they had run out of that model and to ask me to choose a different one. Having explained the importance of the particular model to them, they went to great lengths to locate a rucksack of the right model in a warehouse and despatched it to me immediately. I am very happy with the purchase.

I bought the backpack for my wife...as I've got one for me earlier. The company staff was really helpful. I had problems with my Paypal account so they called me up and took my payment details over the phone. Nice one,thanks. I've received the package, packed up professionally. Good Price and delivered within 24hrs.
The best price I could find for the Eastpak Transfer small and delivered with 24 hrs. I could not ask for more. Used the bag the very next day and would a good carry on bag it is. I would recommend this bag to anyone.

Perfect - fast and unbeatable on price
I have used epacks twice now, and I think they will always be my first choice for luggage. The website is not the most attractive, but their service is fast, their packaging safe without being too wasteful and the price is the best I could find (I saved about 20 pounds as compared to the cheapest alternative, quite a lot more as compared to several others).

Perfect size bag! Very pleased with Epacks service.
This bag is lightweight and very practical. When open, each side is zipped in so it's easy to organize and keeps your packing in place. It's durable and the size is good if you are having to move from place to place - bigger bags tend to be bulky and heavy. Just the right size of bag that I was looking for. Very pleased with this quality purchase. It arrived well packed, in excellent condition and postage was quick.

Only good, not exellent
Delivery late due to weather conditions - excusable,
but the back pack a little bit different than the one I ordered (Jansport logo colour). Otherwise OK.

Charged differently to the invoice, and my details sent to another buyer and theirs to me.
After reading about ePacks, I was feeling quite happy about buying from them. The bag arrived before the postage data, which was excellent, and the bag was in perfect condition. I was very happy up until I read the invoice that was sent for the bag; I had already received my email invoice for £29 but the invoice I had received with the bag stated £20. At this point I though I'd contact ePacks just to clarify; but whilst doing so I noticed something else which was that the name on the invoice wasn't mine, and after more reading it turned out neither was the address, email address, telephone number, payment method though the bag was identical (apart from being around £9 cheaper). I then contacted ePacks explaining the situation, quite angry because presumably my invoice was now in the hand of this other unknown person. ePacks were fairly swift in their response and said they were launching an investigation and would back with me shortly; it has been 10 days now. I was postponing this review until I had heard form them again, but after containing them and getting no reply I feel that I'm not going to get one.
I was very optimistic about buying from ePacks, but am now very disappointed. They broke their terms and conditions with regards to my data, and since have not been in contact to reassure me since their last correspondence. I sadly wont be buying form them again, and will next time pay a little bit more and get it from a company who perhaps wont mail out my payment methods and personal details to unknown people.

great customer service with great product
I sent an e-mail to epacks to ask about the stock of a Eastpak wheeled luggage. At first they replied me that it's out of stock but later in the day, they found one in stock and informed me to buy it asap to avoid disappointment. I'm very thrilled to get my dream luggage from epacks with a price which is much cheaper than their partner at amazon because they put my request in their hearts (i.e., I wanted to buy from epacks directly). Thanks again for the great customer service and speedy delivery!

Ordered a bag off their website, received it in a few days.
Price was as expected and they delivery was quick.

Really chuffed!!!!
I wanted to buy a lightweight suitcase to replace my hardback heavy ones. I had seen the Eastpak product in a store somewhere and then found this website on line. I ordered 2 duffle bags, and they arrived within 2 days. I was really pleased with both the service, and the product. We got the chance to use them on a low baggage allowance flight, and they were brilliant.

Large Bag for Work
The bag was delivered quickly and appears very large and strong. It is used by my husband for work. I have only given 4 stars simply for the reason that it is new and it has not yet been tested over time.

Cool bag, discounted and a free wallet to boot!
Online ordering was a little difficult, especially as I was after an extra discount, but the customer services people were helpful and sorted it! Delivery was really fast and the bag is absolutely FAB! Got a free wallet too, which I wasn't expecting, so that's nice!!!
