i am a regular customer here buying all different things for my horses. i came on trustpilot to review another company and when i saw this company i thought i would say a few woulds as i recommend them to all my horsey friends!!

Best shop on the net for rat cages

Recommended to me by a member of a rat forum, I purchased an Aventura and it is brilliant. Arrived next day.

I have since ordered bucket loads of hammocks and accessories. They are the best I have found anywhere, and cheaper than all the other online shops.

V. Impressed!!

I ordered the items on Monday in the afternoon, and I expected them to arrive Thursday or Friday. The order arrived on Wednesday morning, everything was in tact and had been packed in a box within in box. I ordered a large bag of Megazorb (which came in the 1st big box) and inside that box, there was a box of the other stuff that I ordered.
Delivery was free as I spent over £29, which I was very happy with.
I am very happy with this, and I would be very happy to buy from them again. Recommend this company a lot!

Ordered the new tunnels for my hamster cage over the Easter Bank Holiday. I was very surprised to receive it very promptly after the Bank Holiday. All correct parts in excellent condition. SIMPLY THE BEST ON-LINE PET SHOP EVER

Just bought Savic Mickey 2 XL cage for dwarf hamsters, ordered on the 6th March, arrived on 8th March using DPD which provided accurate and informative tracking information. I am especially delighted with this company because this is about the 8th or 9th time I have ordered one of these big hamster cages from the internet, and this is the first time the cage has arrived so well packaged...these cages are prone to getting their bases broken in transit, but this is this cage arrived in mint condition. The communication from company was immediate , helpful and informative. I recommend this company to everyone with full confidence.

Cage comforts

Our ratty girls adore their hanging slippers and hammocks, we also ordered the igloo which they use as their larder, the only issue we have is the igloo needs a back exit, as most rat owners will know, if you don't put one in they create a new one. The goods arrived very quickly and are very eye catching adn I assume very comfortable as the "girls" spend appx 18 hrs asleep in them. Will definitely be ordering more

Excellent Service

Have made several orders from this company now and very impressed by the prices and fast delivery - ordered a cage 1pm Thursday, received it 12pm Friday! Any problems that are dealt with swiftly and even out of hours. Would highly recommend.

Personalised service- listen to customers!

I have been shopping with EFC for around 3 years now and have found that they listen and have a very personalised feel. There have been times when things slipped but they always made up in apologies, resolving issues and not making false promises like some companies do.

They listen to advice and reviews of products which is nice, after all, it is us who use them and see if they are or arn't suitable.

The only criticism I have is that as they are a smaller company sometimes emails don't get responded to as quickly as i'd like but i usually find sending it again warrents a reply, hey, they are human!!

They are constantly adding new products, I shop for my rat and hamsters..their rat range is improving daily and I love it!

I have now purhased items from Equinecaninefeline on a number of occasions. I am impressed every time. Astonishing pet site!

All of the products that I ordered arrived in perfect condition and in only 3 days!..... You can't beat that..... One item was missed out of my order but as soon as I e-mailed them I had a response within a matter of minutes and the missing item was sent straight out to me..... I have had many items from this company they are quick with the delivery you find that if you spend a certain amount you can get free delivery which always helps a bit with saving. The products are excellent, good quaility and always arrive in good condition never damaged like some parcels you get from other companys. I had to send some items back, no problems there and they were quick to refund my money aswell. Polite and very friendly sevice.If i need anything for my small furry friends i always have a look at this site first.

Got our christmas goodies well in time for the big day. I was delighted to have received a handwritten note in with my parcel replying to a question I had asked with the order. Very personal service and this company really do care about their customers. I would not hesitate to recommed them to every rat owner.

Excellent service and ethical company

Next day delivery along with free treats due to me having sent in pictures of my ferret after a previous order.

I have ordered several times from this company and I am always happy. This is the first place I look when I have ferret allocated pennies burning a hole in my pocket.

They recently donted three huge boxes of ferret beds and food to a rescue I volunteer at, and I am suprised they dont publicise this on their site as I know this isnt the only rescue they donate to - I always prefer to shop at more ethical companies anway so this is an added bonus.

This is a magical shop where children can shop for presents for their pets

My daughter who is 8 was over the moon to have discovered this gem of a shop for her hamster shopping. We ended up with a selection of hamster igloos, sweetie treats and a princess carriage.

This is now the number one place she likes to look when she has some pocket money burning a hole in her pocket (and my credit card!)

My rats love the hammocks from ecf. I have tried a few other stores for these, but keep coming back here as the quality is just so much better. I love the personal touch they have with the orders. Great customer service too - very nice people to deal with 5 stars!.

Service excellent, product range best I have found for rats and ferrets

I keep both rats and ferrets. I find it difficult to shop anywhere that has a better range than this shop. They always have special offers on too which keep by babies very happy!!!!!!!!

I bought a cage about 6 months ago and got sent a discount card. I get 10% off every order I place there which certainly encourages me to spend far more than I should, but as long as my furbabies are pleased with their bits n pieces who cares!!!!!!!

I cannot fault this company-I wouldnt bother using another online petstore.

The young lady who answers the phone to customers is always very polite and very helpful & knowledgeable.

Everytime i've ordered from this company my items have arrived with two working days & everything is double or triple boxed to prevent any breakages or damage in transit.

If you have any concerns or problems then she is always happy to help-shes just at the end of the phone.

They are a family run company and are usaully around until quite late to take your phone calls or orders.

The service of a traditional high street shop with the range and speed of internet

I havent ever written an online review before, but the service I received made me want to publicise this.

I have been delighted with my orders from this store. Im relatively new to rat keeping, and I have to admit I am a bit neurotic about what is ok and what is not.

I rang a few places to ask for advice to get set up, and got through to clueless reception staff, whose advice I would believe less than that I would get from my dog.

I then rang equinecaninefeline and was promised a callback from someone more knowledgeable. Five minutes later, and I got a call from a lovely young lady whose name I didnt get, but she talked me through everything I would need, gave recommendations on products and steered me away from a few things I was going to buy towards things which were more suitable. Her patience was unending and the call went on for 25 minutes. I cant remember the last time I received service like that anywhere online.

Needless to say, their commitment to me as a customer has secured me as a loyal follower for life.

Both myself and my rats are very grateful for the service and products received.

Love the shop and the gorgeous hamster accessories

There are not many places online with a range quite like the one at this store. I have bought some wierd and wacky things for my hamsters over the years, from harnesses to four poster beds.

Service is always quick. Products are wrapped well. Staff are friendly on the two occasions I have had to call.

Recommended.
