This company understand what customers want. I am very fussy and I like the equipment I buy to be untouched and I want the boxes to be undamaged (sad, I know).

I spoke with Equipment Express, the camcorder I wanted was out of stock. First thing is they said they would ring me back!! and they did. It was still out of stock but they said they would ring me after their next delivery. Again as promised they did as they said. I purchased the item. I explained about being very careful on parceling it, they said no problem.

A couple of hours later they rang me and said the box had cosmetic damage and would I prefer to wait until the Monday when the next delivery came in. I said yes, they refunded the money as promised. 4 days later on the Monday again they rang as promised. They had the item, they did the transaction and the next morning the goods arrived.

The parcel was a box filled with polystyrene chips with another box inside. I opened the second box and in that was the free goods and the camcorder in its manufacturers packaging. All were in perfect order.

Now this company went the extra mile, understood my request and carried out to the letter. They never made me feel like I was being difficult and were so friendly. What more can you ask for.

I can only say if you want good service and goods at a good price then go no further.

Well done Equipment Express you are the best on-line company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.

Purchase of Nikon camera

After a Google search for the latest Nikon S8000, Equipment Express had the best bargain of extras added into the bundle. Ordering was easy and I praise them for: 2 phone calls about progress of the Order, b: delivery as was stated - FAST. Altogether an excellent Company to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. They did what they said they would do - unusal nowadays. Well done.

Excellent service from UK based company with quick and efficient telephone contact if required. Next day delivery, competitive pricing. Although product was out of stock at time of placing order, they kept me informed of expected new stock arrival and true to their word it turned up as promised. PRETTY GOOD BUT.....

Camera ordered 10 February. Informed by email on 11th that it would be delivered on 12th - surprised because I live on the Isle of Man. No delivery, quick response by telephone to my email on 15th saying delivery would be 15/16th. I had to chase again by email this morning (17th) and delivery finally this afternoon. Overall this is still quite rapid, but the information given was misleading. The result is that I've been expecting delivery needlessly on three days.

A very clear and easy to use website. A good price for the camera which also included a free case, memory & tripod. When I placed my order I received a quick acknowledgement to say it was out of stock and giving me the option to cancel if I didn't want to wait a few days, but it was received on the day promised and I was kept well informed of the status of my order. I would highly recommend this company for good value, excellent customer service and reliability.

A great package deal & brilliant service

After much research, I decided on the camera I wanted and found that EquipmentExpress had the best price and also a really good package deal. I placed the order at 2:30pm on a Saturday; half an hour later I received an email letting me know the order had been despatched and the package was delivered Tuesday morning. That is so good. As well as the camera, the package included a really nice case (not too bulky), a tripod, 8GB card and spare battery - really excellent value. Thanks guys!!
