Smooth service - however the website said £2.50 p & p costs and the price came out at £3.85. Odd but acceptable.
Could have a Clear order button - when I was checking the p & p the order qty kept going up & up :).
Solution: order -1 items and then it was sorted - odd but a tricky solution for a non-IT person.....

honest reply from an email 3 months ago about winter delivery , and true to steve's word both gloves arrived on week before he said hey would. was worried initial and thought i would never see them but i have them in in time for some dry tooling but one day to late for the first ski tour of the season . many thanks from a very happy customer from austria . lg scot

Ordered a jersey that was supposedly in stock. They posted it 10 days after payment, and that was only becuase I put in a claim with Paypal. No response to emails. Extremely poor service and have no intention of ever using them again

Track & and trace number from Royal Mail updated from Danish postal service, thats nice. Competitive prices and good webpage.
After a delivery problem with some climbing shoes, days before I left for Font, Equip Your Trip were more helpful than I could of imagined possible! Got my shoes the day before I left for France! I was a very happy happy man and the holiday was amazing!
The Danish postal service was very slow, everything else worked fine.
I recently ordered a rucksac which the Post Office failed to deliver. However Steve made sure that I received the item the next day. I would certainly recommend you for your prompt, friendly and helpful service

Bad customer service. They sent the wrong coloured item that I ordered. Instead of e-mailing me and asking me if a different colour would be o.k they just sent me it. They will not answer my e-mails, i have sent 3 to them. I would consider defiantly not using them. Equipyourtrip.com if your reading this i'm order number [removed] and a very unhappy customer.

I looked around for a mountain equipment sleeveless jacket, the 'xero' model in my size. Everywhere was either out of stock or overpriced. Equipyourtrip had what I wanted, at a great price and delivery was as stated, no hassles whatsoever. They beat all the well known companies hands down. I bought 2 items of Mountain Equipment, a fleece and stretch climbing pants. The price was best around and they actually had the colour (Orion Blue) I wanted in stock!! Opted to pick up in store when I discovered at checkout they were in my home town. I wish I had known of them earlier because they beat Cotswold and Rock n Snow hands down. Customer service from Steve was brilliant, I can see Im going to be a regular customer!!
The wrong item has been sent and despite 3 emails and 2 weeks delay I am still waiting on a replacement or confirmation of what is to happen next. No alternative but to raise a dispute with paypal

Bought a Mountain Equipment Light Line Jacket - very happy with the product and received the item the next day! The Service I received from Steve was fantastic. I called in - enquiring about a different product and he was up to speed on the details, price, etc. . . . I was sold instantly. . . .

Delivery took a week, and the product I received was not the product that I ordered! The website showed the sunglasses having different lenses and different colours than the final product that was delivered. They'll do, I can't be arsed with the whole drawn out process of RMA, etc. But ultimately if your going to display an image of a product on your website, try and make sure that that's the product you actually have in stock, if not then get your site updated. Would't be purchasing anything off you again.

Steve in your office was knowledgeable & positive about the product.
Had to return the item due to flaw ( not e-y-t fault).Coincidentally spoke to Steve again, when I rang to discuss the problem.I was quite impressed when he remembered my name without me offering it !!

Initially was very pleased with communication due to item being lost in the post - even though it was Royal Mail 'Signed For' and had a tracking number. I asked for and was given a refund, minus the postage charge! Sent email asking why but received no response. Disappointing end.
Good customer service but poor delivery performance by Post Office.
I found Steve very helpful whilst trying to decide on what lugguage/backpack to buy. He provided valuable opinions and reviews on product on a subject where I was pretty much clueless. Was an easy, fluid transaction with friendly service. Would definitely recommend to others :)

I recently purchased a Mountain Equipment Womens Cho Oyo Jacket, I received the item the next day. I was very pleased and happy with my purchase. I called Equip Your Trip offices enquiring about another product and I spoke to a gentleman called Steve - he was up to date on the product with knowledge, prices, sizes - I was sold instantly. Thank you for making my transactions so effortless. I will definitely be back soon.
Even though i was advised at the start of this process, i would be reimbursed the cost of the Fedex courier, this did not happen. I queried the fairness of this and was advised that options could be explored (i still have the emails advising me of this) I was then requested to send a copy of the postal receipt-which again, was at my expense to have it scanned onto disk-why would this be requested if there was no intention of refunding my money? The whole process was misleading-with me having to constantly chase up a response, i was not even advised when the item was eventually received. I was also advised it would have been better for me to keep the incorrect item...where is the logic in that? I would also appreciate if you refrain from publishing my surname on a public domain.
