Had left ordering a Travel Pack for my trip away til the very last minute. I rang Equipyourtrip.com and spoke to a very friendly and helpful gentleman called Steve. He calmed me down, assured me that my Caribee Travel Pack would be delivered the very next day and not to panic. Sure enough at 12.30 pm the FedEx van pulled up and delivered my fantastic Rucksack. Absolutely saved the day, fantastic company, phenomenal customer service and amazing value. Thanks again Steve, you are a star
I ordered Helly Hansen pants with 2-5 days delivery. 10 days later they had not arrived. On phoning I was advised the item was no longer available but they would send a replacement and was assured by [Name] it would match the jacket I had. 11 days later, following more chasing and holiday imminent, it was received and was not as I was led to believe. I returned it. Since then despite phone calls and emails I have not received a response or refund so I am £132.99 plus postage out of pocket and the time has now elapsed when I might have raised a dispute with PayPal. My advice - do not use - not one part of the transaction was acceptable!
The item I ordered arrived and is fine so I am happy about this. However, the vendor charged double the post and packing fee that was specified at ordering. Despite the fact that I have a screen shot of the order page clearly showing the lower price the vendor has refused to do return the over-charge. This does not seem to be a very trustworthy or considerate vendor- be very careful with this vendor.
Smooth service - however the website said £2.50 p & p costs and the price came out at £3.85. Odd but acceptable. Could have a Clear order button - when I was checking the p & p the order qty kept going up & up :). Solution: order -1 items and then it was sorted - odd but a tricky solution for a non-IT person.....
honest reply from an email 3 months ago about winter delivery , and true to steve's word both gloves arrived on week before he said hey would. was worried initial and thought i would never see them but i have them in in time for some dry tooling but one day to late for the first ski tour of the season . many thanks from a very happy customer from austria . lg scot
Ordered a jersey that was supposedly in stock. They posted it 10 days after payment, and that was only becuase I put in a claim with Paypal. No response to emails. Extremely poor service and have no intention of ever using them again
After a delivery problem with some climbing shoes, days before I left for Font, Equip Your Trip were more helpful than I could of imagined possible! Got my shoes the day before I left for France! I was a very happy happy man and the holiday was amazing!
I recently ordered a rucksac which the Post Office failed to deliver. However Steve made sure that I received the item the next day. I would certainly recommend you for your prompt, friendly and helpful service
Bad customer service. They sent the wrong coloured item that I ordered. Instead of e-mailing me and asking me if a different colour would be o.k they just sent me it. They will not answer my e-mails, i have sent 3 to them. I would consider defiantly not using them. Equipyourtrip.com if your reading this i'm order number [removed] and a very unhappy customer.
