Overseas delivery complicated due to local postal company - excellent service from equipyourtrip
First item did not arrive due to local postal service. Second (better) product sent out at no extra charge. Very pleased customer.

Very good jacket, very good service , good comunication and fast delivery.Excelente Chaqueta
La chaqueta es muy buena , corta vientos y superligera , con el añadido que en el interior del forro tiene cuadraditos de polyester para darle un plus de abrigo al tiempo que deja transpirar. En definitiva es un cortavientos un poco más abrigado.
El servicio de la web es muy bueno, rápido y buena comunicación.
Únicamente en esta marca yo acostumbraba a llevar una M y la he tenido que cambiar por una L, pero ya se sabe que aunque sea una marca que conoces la talla varía a veces en función del modelo.

Excellant Customer Service.

V. Helpful folk but payment/contact screens tricky
Helpful, informative website, but when it came to the payment screens there were problems and I found from my e-mails that my order had been duplicated. Could not get an e-mail through to them on their link so had to wait to phone them the following morning. Got a very nice chap who was very apologetic. He was v. well informed about all their products and also sorted the duplicate order out, no problem. Also, despite the horrendous weather, my order arrived P.D.Q. - Would use them again, definitely - but they need to make their system more user friendly (for thickos like me!)

Fast Delivery
The item I ordered arrived well within the 5 days I was given as a guide. equipyourtrip.com emailed me to keep me informed every step of the way. Also as they use Royal Mail it means I can go and pick up the parcel at my local post office if I miss them rather than with some other online outdoor retailers who use companies that mean if I miss the parcel I have a 120mile round trip to get it.
