Appalling and rude service and item STILL not arrived - never again

Having placed my order, and received an email confirming despatch four days later, the trouble really began. There was a link in the email to track the parcel. It said to wait 3-6 hours to track, so that Parcelforce could enter it on the system. Three days later, still no tracking, so I call them. No, apparently too early to do anything, and told to call back in two days. I call back in two days. Before I even speak staff hang up, but eventually I get through and manage to speak to what I think was the world's rudest man. He has no idea why I was asked to call back on Monday - tracking information can, he says. take several days to be available. He had no explanation for why the email said the information wold be available in 3-6 hours, and I have been waiting over four days. He then proceeded to insist that the 2-3 days it takes from despatch for delivery, should read 6 days at least. He refused to acknowledge that the website says it takes up to 6 days for delivery (from order), and insisted this was from when it arrived in the UK - even though plainly it does not say this. He repeatedly argued, shouted me down, spoke over me and told me if I could not understand the simple terms, perhaps a manager could explain it to me so perhaps I could understand. He then told me I should have paid for an expedited service for delivery! He refused to acknowledge that the six days has passed, and there is still no tracking. He cannot say when a manager will call me, he can do nothing for me if I don't understand he said, and maybe a manager will call today, but maybe tomorrow, but they are very busy. Aaarrrgghhhhhhhhhhhhh. And I have no parcel.......

Cowboys, Won't be Shopping Again With Them

I ordered 2 items at the end of November which arrived after a couple of weeks. Immediately on taking the clothes out of the box l could see they were too small for me and put the straight back in the box and followed the instructions for returning goods to the Coventry depot with the company's own return labels. I returned them within a couple of days and got my own Parcel Force tracking on the parcel. Everyone returning anything to Espirit GET THE PARCEL TRACKED separately to the company's tracking. The parcel arrived in Coventry 3 days later on the 13th Dec. I was calling customer services between 20 Dec -16 Jan to ask where my refund was and they repeatedly denied they had the parcel. I was patient for 4 denials then last week decided it was time to be less patient with the brush offs and ask to speak to the manager - the first operative said l couldn't do that. I had to put the phone down and speak to someone else who arranged for a manager to call me back. Once they called back (16/1), l repeatedly pointed out l had my own tracking on the parcel and know they received it 13/12, their story eventually changed to yes we will refund you. I'm still waiting for the refund mind you - they say it will take 2 weeks. I'm following things up but recommend highly tracking all returns to this company should you take the risk of doing business with them. Otherwise, in my experience this company actively avoids refunding and brush you off again and again with 'they never received your parcel'. YOU NEED TO PROVE THEY HAVE, GET ALL DELIVERIES TO ESPIRIT TRACKED.

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH ESPRIT -Worst on-line shopping experience ever

I ordered some clothing for my Wife's birthday in plenty of time via this web site as she like the Esprit clothes. The order was acknowledged and the money was taken from my account.
I then waited and waited and then started to concerned as the goods hadn't arrived. I contacted customer services by phone who told me they would take it up with the delivery department.....still nothing.
The birthday came and went, numerous emails were exchanged, telephone calls made and yet all they could tell me was they were looking into it......extremely unsatisfactory.
The customer service team isn't empowered to help instead they hide behind a process 'we have to refer this to the delivery department' so beware. They are quick to take your money and completely unresponsive where there are problems.
I would strongly advise NOT TO SHOP ONLINE WITH ESPRIT.

Shockingly bad online customer service

I love this shop and buy a lot in-store however, the last three times I have tried to order online, I have had confirmation of my order and then nothing - no email, no delivery! When chased, they have replied to say they will not be fulfilling my order and, under their T&C, they are not obliged to say why. I have tried to pursue this and find out what the problem is but they just ignore my emails....no idea why the online store doesn't want my business but I think it's a poor way to treat a good customer. Will take my business elsewhere!

Worst customer service ever

I returned some items and had proof that they have been delivered.
No signs of refund. Contacted customer service 3 times asking about processing times. 3 times received formal replies like from robots not giving me any useful information.
After that requested reply from a manager. Result-no reply.
No idea where my parcels now and why they don't do anything about it.
Used to buy a lot from this company. Now- never again. If anything goes wrong (most likely problems in warehouse) than you are stuck. Most useless and unhelpful customer service ever.

Best online store ever

Have been purchasing from them for a few years now and when I buy somewhere else I always compare but none of them can match the service I get from Esprit. Free delivery and free returns. Customer service team very helpful. Quality items quality service and will recommend to everyone. Try and see for yourself.

Great newsletters, good quality products, highly recommended!

I'm following Esprit's fashion for quite a while now - their regular updates, in-store and online shopping experience are all great! I love their clothes and like the brand's ethos. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Highly Not! recommand !! Im living now~~

After I posted Yelp, the supervisor called me and I got a promise about noise from

my neighbor. She told me that She never got a report from the security that I called

more than 4 times. That was only reason that she didn't notice my complain and she

gave me a number which number contact to her 24/7. I believed that. However,

last Friday ... It happened again... TV sounds from my neighbor at midnight.. So, I

called the supervisor gave. But it went to the automatic voice message..

W T F?

So, I called a security silently and he went my home. The security heard that noise

and wrote a long long specific reports. He promised me to that reports will send to

supervisor on Saturday morning. It's Sunday midnight and the TV sound is coming

through my wall again. Now, I am giving up to call the security and updating this

posts because nothing has changed during 2 weeks.

I know the supervisor is monitoring Yelp because......................

She called me imminently after I posted and promised to solve that G O D.. D A M N

TV sounds.. Oh... and Neighbor has started playing electric guitar at night.

It's getting worth and worth and my lease agreement is still remaining 3 months.

I am saying to future residents about this apartment...

It's very attractive visually but the resident care management is like a

H O L Y S H 1 T.

Don't leave hear.... You are gonna regret to leaving in here.

im living now

Its time to call security after 10pm and I did it over one month. Already, some security officers came to my apt and heard noise and wrote report to give it to office, however they just warnning them. but they didnt change their behavior.
No idea, seriously why office does not fix this problems.

also, i noticed that to leasing office by my-self and knocked their door. I can always notice their sound like tv,taking all of it.
what a nice place, I pay $ 2700 every month.

I can feel my neighbors are so temper because i smell marijana from there. I know that is none of my business but they make some loud noise. I hope that they might reduce their temper attitude. i want to sleep in right time. When I am taking rest on my sofa, I can hear their loulder music

Fast. reliable. Quality clothing. Good customer service... what more can you ask for?

used esprit the second time now and gotta say they're pretty good, if only british companies could follow. the items and quality are very good and they are not as dear as other retailers. the delivery is quite fast - items in your hand within 3 working days after despatch email is sent, not bad for free delivery service from outside UK. on my second order, i forgot to add discount code to the item so i rang them up to give it a go and see if they will accept even though payment has been made... AND THEY ACCEPTED IT! a partial refund was then made back to my paypal account. so far so good. my only problem is their stock availability, the really good looking shirts in sizes S and M are gone too soon and they either dont bring them back or it can take ages for it to come back to stock. maybe a reservation facility is a good idea for returning customers so we will know by email when a specific item is back in stock. other than that, great site and good company with a toll-free 0800 number to call customer services on....

Great customer service and delivery

I tried to return an item to Esprit.... my admin department forgot to give it to the postman and it ended up on a cardboard scrap heap! Luckily I found it and emailed Esprit to check if I could still return it (it was 3-4 weeks beyond the returns deadline). Luckily, they extended the returns period for me! Very happy. Good job, Esprit.
