First of all the customer service is excellent, i ordered my item very late at night and still got a prompt reply, my item was sent immediately the next morning and received 2 days after (EUROPE). Paying with Paypal is secure and fast too, so I must say it cant get much better then this one!

Good investment

This was a very good investment for us. Richard (who installed our screen and DVD) gave brilliant advice on where and how high to mount the screen. He also talked us through how we could develop the AV system in the future (computers, home movies, music, surround sound), walked us through how to use the system in terms of recording/finding stations etc and did a lovely job putting up the screen, which paradoxically made our room look bigger. We are really pleased.
