Very professional and informative with choice of course

I have been wanting to train to become a qualified nail technician for a while so i decided to take the plunge.Customer services were very informative and guided me in the right direction according to which course would suit me. The only negative was after my first initial contact i was alittle bombarded with calls regarding what course i wanted to go on before i had recieved the information pack.Apart from that everything has been carried out to a high standard.

Manicure pedecure course is to me high rank training would recommend to anyone out their well worth every penny . Age doesn't matter I was 47 when I passed 3yrs ago and never looked back . The staff are so friendly and helpfull and so quick to reply to your needs . Ordering is quick and easy and never came up against anything being out of stock . I had problems with my computer and thought that I had double ordered. I call essential nails and told them where they checked my order and made sure I was only charged for one order. Their products are very competitively priced also.

I've just received my acrylic & maintenance courses (which arrived a day after I ordered) & everything looks good:) I haven't actually started practising yet but the kit looks amazing. I did however take an hour to watch the DVD, which looks as if it was made in the early 90's, so think this could do with updating. Overall though, amazing & I can't wait to get stuck in!!!

Essential nails really care!

Essential nails are really lovely to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and the orders are processed really efficiently. The best thing is being updated throughout the process. There is nothing worse than waiting for something and not knowing where it's at. The products are of high quality and I would be happy using anything in their range.

What a treasure trove of wonderful tools and goodies to enable a willing learner to develop her skills and embark on her new career. Fantastic value for money - I just need to knuckle down study hard, practice loads and achieve my ambiiton to become a beauty therapist and eventually start my own business.

Fantastic Customer service, and Excellent value for money A+

As someone who has already got a level 2 beauty qualification and currently studying level 3, I have found that the real demand out in industry is for nails. My local college has a nail course but there is a waiting list and I wanted to get qualified fast! I researched many courses online but found that they were very expensive, too far away, or just 1 day courses, which in my opinion is not long enough to learn and practice. Anyway, I found Essential Nails and looked at their Facebook page, read lots of other reviews, and even asked about them on Salon Geek. I finally ordered a brochure, and had an online chat with a member of staff. She was extremely helpful! I decided to take the plunge and order the Acrylic Tip & overlay, and I'm looking forward to completing this course and doing more courses with Essential Nails. I feel that the course covers everything I need to become a successful nail technician whist the team offer great support along the way! :)

Love my home course!

Really enjoying my home course, it's easy to follow and fun to do. The only thing I think could be improved is the DVD as it is quiet old. Can't wait to start my next course :)

If you want to learn how to do nils you found it

I bought 3 courses: Fiber glass, Nail art and Kristy's Las Vegas Nail Art.
I honestly can say you will not find any better courses on line that can teach from how to make nice manicure, make fake nails to nail art. Those courses are with such precision plus you get the book with it. I live in Canada so getting courses from England is not cheap however nothing in here or in USA is close to those courses. Plus lets not forget the Nail Trainer. I think it is the best invention ever. I will let you all know later to tell how I did on my courses plus I still have an aye on Gel, Air brush and one stroke paint. First I want to pass those that I already took.

absolutely brilliant

The course is addictive and enjoyable. From when I opened the box I was rareing to go and cant stop. The equipment is great quality and the instructions are easy to understand and follow. Cant wait to move on to the next course and the next.

I phoned essential nails just after 9am to order a course, I asked to pick it up as wanted to get started as soon as, I was told it would depend on how long it takes to pick the order and that they would ring me. By about 10.30am so just an hour and half later I was phoned and told my order was ready for collection.
I was very pleased with how polite and helpful the lady on the phone was and also with how quick the order was picked and ready for me to collect. All my future course work will be done through essential nails.

Brilliant

I was worried about buying a course online and doing it at home I researched a lot before buying but I love it . I don't have much concentration when reading but the manual is great it's easy to read and explains everything in plain English. I would highly recommend the uv gel course and essential nails.

I was lead to believe you get everything you need to complete for £600 but then receive it and straight away buy this buy that im doin this course to try to make money as ive little in such hard times invested in myself believing I would get everything to complete now paid my first installment find its not so also wrong account details so can't long in the helpline is not free so you are limited to calling also I believed I would get a full certificate but then read it and it says if you require which I believed I got nvq cert they will enter you in an exam somewhere which they believe if they pass ur nails the nvq but your doing home course because you can't go anywhere due to family commitments the whole reason they say the course isbuilt also I spoke with help asassist who clearly just agreeded with evrything to get me to buy they course thn other rival's which offer all just no rubberhand! Thr video I feel need updating or they should use a prettier model tells u make the best of ya self so ya clients want u hav u saw tht women my kids woz in stitches while I watched it! Remember you askes my opinion! Thanks.
