I have tried other similar devices, but this is by far the best. Results are seen straight away. It's also easy to use.

Great reults but time consuming...

Me, my sister and mum bought the e-one between us and have all had couple of treatments. The results were immediate although a bit patchy. We have probably been quite cautious and kept the setting low and so have some areas of regrowth but on the whole we have seen 60% reduction in hair regrowth already. It does also take quite a long time but the results are worth it, we're really pleased with the e-one and it is easy to use and would recommend it to anyone considering getting one.

Worth every penny

I bought this for my girlfriend. This machine work 100%, usually she has to shave her legs every 2 weeks, but after 3 sessions of treatment, it has been almost 2 months since she shave her legs.

Great product! User friendly - see great results within 3 treatments...

I have been using the E-Swin for the last 4 months, its a great product with great results. the manual isn't always easy to understand but it is weighted up by the product itself. I have not had much interaction with the company that being said i will be ordering my first Laser lamp in the next few weeks - hopefully its an easy process.

Its a fabulous easy to use machine

I have been using this machine for three months now and it is really quick and easy to use. I found results from using the machine from first use, finding that the treated area had finer hair. Its a compact machine and I throroughly recommend my friends to purchase one.

WHAT IS GOING ON???!!!!!!

I bought E_one in summer 2011. Firstly it took ages to arrive even though they charged me for the next day delivery. I havn't used it for a while and now I can not gey through to the Eswin UK!!!
I paid for the 5 years warranty!! as soon as the cartridge finished I can not use it anymore!!!
Funny part is their company in France washed their hands already and they are not taking any responsibilities for the matter. When I bought the machine, I checke dfor every possible situation not to go wrong, that's why I chose to pay more for 5 years warranty!! AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
They have to give the UK customers a full refund.
I am very dissapointed and angry :(

Do not buy!

DO NOT BUY!
It seems they have gone bust. They have my money and machine as it was faulty. I can not get hold of them and i am not the only one.

Awful service

The device is not operating as it is intended! The flashing system is faulty; it counts one flash as 3-2 flashes therefore the overall number of flashes is less than 3000 which means more frequent recharging and extra cost!
It is difficult to work with due to its old style, you have to press the head down and the key which triggers a flash gets locked, therefore it should be released manually; there are devices which have a sensor and feels the skin to conduct the light flash...
It is fair to say the device is truly over-rated, it is nothing more than an IPL device, emitting light with wavelengths of the order of 900-750 nm, somewhat in the region of weak infrared or red light radiation, as with most cheaper IPL devices!

I only bought this device just because of the "30 days money back guaranteed" policy they have; I used it once the results are not satisfying. I have been trying to get hold of the sales team to give their device back; but despite the numerous attempts, I've been ignored and apparently their UK office is closed down and there is no one to be responsible for this mess.

I have cancelled the future payments to Eswin, and trying to get the rest of my money back, if they want their device; they're advised to get in touch to collect their product.

DISAPPOINTED

I received my E-One 07/03/12 and have not been able to use it as the access code was not provided. I have since tried to telephone and email the UK numbers and no one has responded after 4 days. I have since contacted the France number who inform me that the UK is no longer in operation....he cannot give me any more details. I have paid the money out and the product does not work.

Very, very disappointed indeed.

a very good machine but expensive

It's a really good machine but needs a long time to do and patient. It's very good to use in small areas such as underarms since it will not cost you many falshes and time but with large areas it costs a lot. I could see the difference from first time use so its really a very good way to get rid of unwanted hair, I bought it a few months ago as a part of the preparation of my wedding :)

Bad sevice from start

After ordering my e-one i have been given 3 differnent dates for delivery. After third time i've asked to cancel my e-one as im getting told each week it will be with me next week. Today i got offered a refurbished e-one with 2 optic cartridges and a partial refund, i declined this and asked for a full refund. I'm getting told to send an email to thomas to make this formal and to receive a refund.I have been told lie after lie. Watch out. if your to order one phone and speak to some one and get a delivery date. They don't bother to phone and advise of the delay aswell.

Best hair removing machine ever *****

Have had laser for years at bodylaser. Staff are friendly but the treatment is expensive. Once i left the salon with burns that took a few weeks to go.

With the Eswim as you can control the intensity, you get a much better result. The initial price for the machine may appear expensive, but the results are worth it. You would pay much more at bodylaser. Have recommended this to several friends already

Happy and hairless

I have been using e.swim now for about 6 months and i can see the difference. I saw excellent results in some places pretty quickly however other places took longer to see any visible results.

Amazing wouldn't exchange it for another

this would have to be the best buy for me after using things like no no etc i finally found the machine that works for me, not only have you got your own time to do it, and fits around your free time but its real easy to use.

The EOne will change your life and give you super confidence!

The EOne has changed my life and I would recommend it to anyone. The results I have achieved would have cost a fortune in a salon- instead I can watch TV, use the laser, save a fortune and get great results, all at the same time. Brill.

Very very happy

I bought the E>One about 3 months ago, and so far I have to say it does exactly what I've wanted it to do.
I've used it 3 times already on my legs and even after the 2nd treatment I've got hardly any hair left and I had very dark hairy legs.
I used the lowest setting on the first go just in case, but then moved up to the top setting for the 2nd go. You do feel it, but it's not very painful.
I've had laser hair removal done in a salon on my bikini and underarm and it was extremely painful, i don't know if I can compare though as the legs are a much less sensitive area.
I've also used it on my husbands neck and shoulders. So far he can only support the second setting so the results are not as good as mine but it's still less hair than before.
I hope that it continues at this pace as it can be very time consuming, it would be nice it after 8 times of doing it I would only have to do it a couple of times a year.
So far I'm really impressed and would highly recommend this product.

Good, sturdy product

The device is well made and the results are excellent. I like that it onl needs to be used every 2 months (as many other similar devices on the market must be applied once a week, which is highly time consuming). My only criticism is that the user manual isn't very useful and I still haven't figured out how to change to language setting on the device from French to English.

Really happy after only one session.

Unfortunately I only had one session with the E-one before I found out that I was pregnant and due to the advice given I've chosen not to use it since.
I opted to shave then treat the area so the result was pretty immediate. I had a tiny bit of re-growth in my under arms (I guess I missed that bit) appart form that I was hair free for a couple of months.
Looking forward to the baby but also looking forward to having no more hairy legs!

Worth every penny

It is a little pricey but when you think about how much money you spend in the salons you are actually saving money. I only wish that I had found the product sooner.

The user interface is really good and the device really easy to use at home, although someone might have to help you for those hard to reach areas.

The device has a very professional feel to it and in my opinion it does work, I have only been using it for a few months and already my hairs are coming back finer and fewer. I would definitely recommend the e-swin e-one.

Very bad service and so disappointed

Got My machine, was very hard to work with I thought of sending it back when the company collect it they found a fault in it, The time to be fixed they've sent me a loan one which had only 100 shots and cartridge needed change, contact the company again they ask me to buy the cartridge on my own expense which i didn't( as they should provide me with a loan machine that fully works ). spend two months without any machine, got a call saying my original one is ready but need to send the load one first..loan machine been sent excluding Christmas week it is been two weeks and am still without machine, very bad service,,I will never advice anyone to buy it...

Excellent results that really do reduce hair growth!

I bought this after reading lots of reviews online and checking the research and am thoroughly glad I spent the extra cash to buy the best product on the market for home hair removal. The hairs after treatments deinfately grow back slower, thinner and less with some treated areas showing no sign of regrowth after 3 zaps (on full blast!).

Can be used everywhere but would definately say that it isn't totally pain free on thw higher settings and especially on more sensitive areas as it feels like a hot flash/burn for a moment before fading. But after a few seconds it passes and it usually goes away by the next day so I find it's worth gritting the teeth for to achieve the desired results!

A good product and effective

I find the E-one a very effective product and its works very well as indicated on white-skin. You do need to continue the routine every month or 5 weeks as hair will continue to grow through, but every time you have a session you notice a reduction in the quantity of hair and less thickness of the new hair which comes back.
Its expensive, but I'm happy with the product as I'm archiving results I want and I think eventually I will be hair free from the areas I want.
The customer service support is excellent and any queries you can contact them and very efficiently they will answer and help you out. I originally had to return my device as it stop working after 1 session and they replaced it with a new one straight away and with a new set of accessories.

Over all, I recommend this product to anyone who is thinking of eliminating hair from unwanted areas as its effective, doesn't hurt (except sensitive areas like underarms or face) and its quick, though you do need patience as every session has to be done thoroughly and may take up to several hours.

Best so far

Both myself and my partner have tried various differant ways of hair removal and so far this is the best, Its taken a little time for my partner as he is removing much of his body hair, but his shaving has reduced a great amount and even with a gap of not using the machine for 6 months, little hair is growing back, I used it for my legs and arm pits and so far nothing has come back, My partners hair is thicker so has taken a little longer but it shows as he now has much nicer skin and less spots.
A few more sessons should see him done

I have patches of brilliance on my body, so I do think it does the job but you do need to have the time to commit to it to get the results.

Noticed a difference!

I found it very easy to use and noticed the reduction in hair after just a couple of sessions (more stubborn hair takes longer). It’s ideal for smaller areas such as facial, under arms and bikini line hair leg takes a little longer due to the area size of the laser head.

It is a lot cheaper than going to a salon and you can do it in the comfort of your home without having to keep to scheduled appointments.

I would recommend this product.

Godd service from ordering to dleivery and beyond.

I was sceptical at first as did not believe it would work as well as it has so far, well worth the extra money rather than a cheaper high street version you will waste your time and money on. First time I used it was pretty amazed how well it worked, used 3 times now on same areas and nearly done everything it needs to do for the future. Would and have recommend this product to everyone, saves going to a treatment room for 6+ visits over a year and works out a lot cheaper in the long run. Highly recommended, plus customer service is good too.

On balance it's worth it...

I get the impression that the Eswin doesn't so much annihilate hair as knock it back. I chose it because nothing else comparable can be used on the upper lip; I'd had some in-salon laser or IPL before and I think that (& electrolysis) are tops. I like the privacy to use on face or bikini line as I wish. I feel that after treatment hair takes much longer to regrow, so if you are shaving (legs, lip, bikini) you get very little regrowth for some weeks after a treatment. I take on board the site comments as to why we see more hair in due course, but still, a year on, would describe it as a really good hair suppressant or deterrent rather than permanent hair removal - which is not to say some hair hasn't been permanently destroyed. Certainly, if I am blunt, it has enabled me to feel groomed for a new lover in my life without shaving rashes or painful waxing or repeated messy creams - and that's been worth the cost. Note - I have quite strong dark hair and fairly pale skin.

Great product

Good customer service. Device a bit cumbersome, but gets easier with practice. Need to use it regularly as advised - results very good- smoother skin. Not painful like salon treatments, & in the comfort & privacy of your own home. Rated 4.5 stars. I guess permanent results will appear with continued use.Mrs P. East Midlands UK

While the treatment is very effective - hair reduction visible after two treatments - the actual handle to operate is quite wide, and if someone has small hands, it can very tiring.

Excellent Results

I think e-swin laser machine is a cheaper way to laser treatment. Its very easy to use & i've noticed a difference already. Usually it costs alot of money if you get it done professionally but once you've got you're own one you could just simply get it out & use it in your own time without the need of booking any appointments as you would do at a clinic. Its a long term hair removal method as hair rarely comes back & it costs far less in the long run. Would recommend it as the laser shots are stronger if you want them to be in comparison to other brands. Im happy with mine!

Very simple to use.

The E-one is vey simple and intuitive to use, I've been using the it for about 6 months now with mixed results in different areas. Facial hair has become noticably thinner and the top of my chest where I've been most aggressive with the treatments (every 4 weeks as opposed to the 8 weeks recommended) is now relatively hair and regrowth is minimal. The hair still regrows on my face and stomach (which have had fewer treatments) and I intend to up the treatment to 4 weeks.
The e-one seems to be effective over the relatively short time I've been using it, only time will tell if the results are long term.
I had previously tried using a home laser machine which was very time consuming (an afternoon for face and I wouldn't even attempt larger areas) and had very little effect so I was slightly sceptical about the e-one but have been pleasantly surprised.
There are ongoing costs to consider also such as the gel and bulbs but I would definitely reccommend the e-one.

Positive early signs, easy to use

Eswin is easy to use & set up. Warm up times are typically 5 minutes or less, cooling down time, after use is longer, perhaps 10 minutes or so. The fan can be noisy. It is very well built.

There are numerous power settings, both for men & women, various skin types and hair thickness. I cannot as yet say that hair removal is permanent, although early signs are encouraging. It works better on darker, thicker hair rather than finer hair (eg - face). Applying the gel does make it slightly messy when removing hair, but as it is a water based gel, it washes off easily.

The supplied face mask is not flexible enough to fit every face comfortably, and very good (or bright) lighting in the room when depilating. Smaller googles would protect the eyes better, as the face mask can light in between the gap of the cheek & mask.

Expense: Eswin is one of the more expensive prosumer hair devices on the market. The bulb also needs replacing after 3000 pulses - some competitors have bulbs that last longer - so please bear this in mind when comparing similar systems. Having said that, it is still cheaper than laser treatment on the high street and you have the advantage of no waiting times & privacy of your own home.

Overall, a good to excellent product, well built, only time will tell whether it is as effective as laser treatment in salons.

Its excellent!

The E1 is so much cheaper in the long run than getting laser done in a salon. I had some laser done at a salon before I bought the E1 and I am convinced they turned the laser power down so I would have to return for more sessions! I started to see results the first time I used the E1! i.e. when the hair grew in it was patchy! I'm delighted! It does take a while to do all the areas I want done but it is so worth it!
